Airboat was awesome, bud charter was a joke
Dropped us off in downtown Miami to transfer to another bus, driver was rude and demanded tips, drove 80 mph on interstate! Very unsafe and unprofessional! Do not do this
Fun safari with an unreliable bus

Boatride was incredibly fun, saw one small alligator, but usually you’ll see more. Exhibits were cool and the alligator presentation/ baby gator petting was nice. Bus to the everglades was more than an hour late due to traffick, so we had to wait for it, and then at the everglades our boat trip was theerefore cut in half.

Slowest bus ride in the world - 7.5 hours trip for 30Min boat ride

The trip was a horrible experience- the actual boat ride was only 20 mins long but they took us on a super slow bus ride for 6 hours and the bus stopped on the way back - overall our trip took 7.5 hours and our cars got towed because they said the
Trip would take 4 hours and we paid for 5 hours of parking.

The trip was very reasonably priced and the staff were very pleasant and helpful, and we were able to see alligators which was the whole reason for the trip

The trip was billed as a 4 hour trip. The Everglades itself was approximately 90 minutes long. It took over an hour to get back and forth each way and there was no mention of the extensive travel in the trip write up. I would suggest to anyone else that they go to the airboat spot on their own and save a lot of time traveling thru Miami (which has terrible traffic problems).

Animal Cruelty

Captive 10 foot alligators held in enclosure the size of a king sized bed. Their desperation and misery were palpable. Everyone at event was horrified and talked about it during entire ride back. Animal cruelty. Harsh and unforgivable. The spokesperson said it doesn’t matter because Florida has two million alligators and some are even farm raised for meat and leather. Then she sat on them. Awful experience. Kids were upset and adults disgusted. Bus driver plastered bus with mandatory tipping amounts and held front seats for cash only payments. Collected his cut from gift shop and spoke on mic ad nauseum about gratuities being part of all tour guides and bus drivers salaries. It’s 4 hours better spent doing something else. Anything else.
