Full-Day Key West Tour and Coral Reef Snorkeling with Open Bar

This was my last trip in Florida and it was amazing! The perfect way to close out this chapter of my life! Truly a worthwhile experience!

On theAdvertisement they say that they will come and pick you up from wherever hotel that you are at but that is incorrect when you put in your hotel they will call you and tell you what hotel they still find even though you are not from there and you do not know your way around you are still inconvenienced with having to find a second hotel that’s close to your hotel.

It was terrible, we wait our bus during 7 hours without clothes adapted for night and in the cold. The guide left the group alone, so we wait the bus at 1.30 am instead of 6pm. I required a refund !

A stunning place, and great to get there in only 1 day. Key west was stunning and seemed to warrant a few days to explore, but this trip allows you to see it on a tight timeframe and enjoy. The collection was well done and the sights on the journey were impressive. My feedback would be to keep communication simple and not confuse the group with additional options for water sports etc that were not yet booked. This only applied to a few people and they could have been spoken to individually rather than have everyone unclear on whether they had snorkelling actually booked. Also the breakfast stop for me could have been scrapped and sandwiches or something sold onboard- getting us there earlier as there was loads to see in town and not too much time after the snorkelling. Lovely day overall and a highlight of our trip. Enjoy!

Got left in the Keys for over seven hours as the bus broke down!! Our guide left us and we weren’t given any food or drink vouchers. There was 60 people freezing and tired and the bus company kept cancelling our calls and were rude!! Absolutely disgusting and a nightmare!!

The boat staff was friendly, fun and informative. The trip was well organized. We really enjoyed the coral reef and felt safe the entire time. The bus was comfortable, the driver was great. Getting us to destination prior to expected time and home safe. The tour guide is as knowledgeable, friendly, organized and caring! Great experience!

Great day! This trip was a great change of scenery from where we are staying in South Beach. The drive down was pretty long, about 3 hours, but we didn’t mind because the views were so beautiful and the bus was comfortable. The tour guide and bus driver were very friendly and even gave out phone numbers if we needed anything once we left the bus. Once we got to key west, we had about an hour to walk around and explore. Then we hopped on the boat and went snorkeling. On the way back, we enjoyed free margaritas and had a great time! The staff was super friendly and fun. Once the boat returned, we had another hour to grab dinner. Then we hopped on the bus and slept the way back.

“Lily” was very helpful and made the trip smooth and amazing. Unforgettable experience and met many amazing people.

We had a great time, saw lots of fish, plenty of time in the water. Very good (and strong) margaritas on the way back. All of the staff was friendly and helpful on the boat.
