For the ride back on top of bus it was chilly and obviously windy, so bring a light jacket with a hood!
PLEASE DO NOT USE MIAMI TOURS , use any other company instead in the hopes you have a better experience should weather or any other unexpected obstacle arise.
Unless someone loves to see alligators it is not worth.

Reasonable and Valuable - Be careful for Lunch Time!

Very good tour with a reasonable price. My trip was Everglades-City Tour-Bay Cruise.
A FEW THINGS TO NOTE!
1. There is >>NO TOILET<< at the departure point. The closest toilet will be inside ROSS in the building opposite, and they only have one toilet. Keep that in mind when you are departing from any location.
2. There is >>NOT MUCH TIME TO EAT<< lunch. I would pack a sandwich or something as a quick bite.
3. Always bring some cash for tips - I recommend $5 bill and $10 bills to carry with you.

It was terrible. Our trip to the Everglades was cancelled for the eight of us because there were too many people and not enough seats!! We want a refund. We left our name with Miami Bus and two emails no response. 859-948-4541.

Day started with confusion with which bus to get on. Then the tour of Miami was ordinary. The guy from the boat cruise was rude to a number of clients. And finally the full bus from the everglades broke down in Miami and most clients got off to make their own way back to their hotels.
Unorganised and unprofessional for a major company.

Overall a really great day out seeing so much of Miami. Bus tour was only 90 minutes which included a 30 minute stop so was shorter than we had hoped but we did see a lot. Boat was a little crowded but great fun an an excellent tour guide, Luke.
Everglades were excellent. Be aware. 50 minute bus ride there but good to see outside the city. Excellent value for money day out. Wish the guides weren’t hassling for tips so much. The driver to Everglades had a sign saying minimum 5 dollar tip per person and sold front seats for 15 dollars per person! Could end up doubling the price of the trip.
It could/should have been an exceptional day.

We were disappointed with this 3 in 1 tour.
1) Everglades ride - nice to see the animals and hear the talk on alligators. The airboat ride was great, but because of the lack of organisation and overbooking (my opinion) we waited around for about an hour in the hot sun! Bus driver/tour guide was very good.
2) City tour - didn't enjoy this at all. Seeing the back streets/poorer areas not a nice city tour. We stopped in Little Havana which looked nice and would have preferred to have been given a duration to look around ourselves not being taken to specific shops/bars.
3) Bay cruise was pleasant and seeing the famous homes and boats was good. Price of drinks was too expensive!
