    The tour guide Veronica was amazing. She told us all about the Port and who owned which mansion or mega yacht in a very entertaining way. She should have her own stand up routine. Don't forget to bring cash if you want to have a drink from the mojito bar and you will want to leave a gratuity.

    Horrible experience..we were booked for 8:30 pm boat and when we got there they said the last boat when out at 8:00..they just changed the itinerary without notifying us..totally unacceptable..We are now forced to dispute with our credit card company…do yourself a favor and DO NOT book this!

    Same ticket went for $20 to the other people . But I paid 38 and for happy hour thing but didn't get any happy hour . Also the boat the so packed that i was standing straight 1 hour

    The only thing we offer for $25 is a group photo. Unfortunately we do not have a $20 ticket. I am confused as to what you are referring to. There are other providers that operate different tours. It sounds like you did not join our tour.

    We did not go and we were not able to cancel. We waited over an hour for Big Bus Miami. By that time everyone was very impatient. Too many people to fit on bus. We let an oder couple take our spot. We called an Uber but we did not have time to get to our south beach hotel and make it to the boat 45 min before departure.

    You purchased a cruise and the time and date is for the cruise. The hop on hop off operates from 10am to 3pm every hour. I have a hard time understanding where you went and why you did not find the cruise (we have a check in stand) or the bus where there are 3 booths?

    As soon as we got on boat the young women tour guide played loud very bad music. This is a family activity. The music was a mix of English/ Spanish rap and the words were F you F you F you ,, And the same word repeated in Spanish repeated many many times! I was absolutely shocked. People setting next to me with young children were complaining. This tour guide should be fired! How could anyone think this is acceptable. I complained to another man working on the boat and he went and talked to her. But then they started pointing at me to see who complained, made me very uncomfortable. I would never ever recommend this company. Never!! You should pull them from your approved list of tours. Funny that when I first submitted review it was rejected because of foul language but the tour guide played music that every one on boat had to listen to.

    Wonderful sunset cruise that is budget friendly. I made a reservation for 6 and it was a smooth and fun experience. The views were gorgeous and everyone loved it. We also had enough space and there was a bar on the boat.

    We did not go on our trip we were told we were late when we arrived an hour early there was huge chaos and no clear understanding. I have contacted my credit card company because I wasn’t given a refund for terrible service

    Even though the weather wasn’t on the pretty side, the host was very good and kept us entertained. CJ the bartender was really good. If you have a significant other, or just want to kick it with friends…definitely try this tour out! 10/10

    Affordable and fun! This is a great evening, cruise for couples, families, and friends. In my own opinion, I do not think that children under 12 would enjoy this. The narrator/guide was excellent! He was funny and informative. We will definitely do this again in the future!
