Event did not happen due to weather; that's understandable. There was no upfront communication and on calling it wnet to a full voicemail. They called back once we reached the venue. There was no body in person at the booth. When booking company called them for confirmation, they didn't pick up after several tries

Parasailing with my better half

I normally don’t write reviews, but this one I needed to. This was an incredible parasailing adventure for my husband and I. We were celebrating his 60th birthday and what a way to do it. The crew, Pierre and Anunka , were knowledgeable, polite and a pleasure to be around. The boat was very clean. Crew was professional, very entertaining, and a wonderful experience. I’m so glad we chose this place. I highly recommend this tour! Enjoy❤️

Unexpected Additional Fees

We paid $178 for parasailing for two people. When we arrived, we were told that since we had purchased our tickets through a 3rd party vendor, we needed to pay an additional $58 per person for fuel and equipment use. We were not expecting an additional fee. The woman who checked us in was rude and dismissive when questioned about the fee and made it clear that if it wasn’t paid, we would not be able to go. The Captain of the boat and the crew were wonderful. It appears to be a management/operations issue.

Hi Gloria, I am so sorry for this unfortunately whatever you were told at checkin by one of our representing was advertised on the Viator page prior that you were able to book. It is unfortunate that you did not read it before hand or you will of had no frustration with us. But again, fuel/ taxes on this booking is not included, and mentioned. You were charged an additional $58 per person for it as listed on the Viator booking. Anyway- so happy to hear that you enjoyed the activity:)

A lot of hidden charges and even when they knew that due to climate we wouldn’t be able to go, they tricked us into paying the hidden charges and never took us.

The most memorable moment was just doing something different we have never done, this was actually a anniversary gift from our two daughters who are always thinking of something that we could do and we enjoyed everything about parasailing. We had the best people Captain Pier and his partner not sure of his name but they both were great. We would definitely parasail again.
