This arts and culinary tour begins at New World Center, a concert hall that’s home to the New World Symphony in South Beach. The New World Symphony is America’s Orchestral Academy, preparing talented graduates of distinguished music programs for leadership roles in orchestras and ensembles around the world. Listen as these highly gifted young musicians practice their craft.
Next, take a shuttle bus to the Bass Museum of Art. Located in the heart of Miami Beach, the museum offers a wide range of dynamic contemporary art exhibits, plus educational programs, artist projects, lectures and concerts to complement the works on view. Also browse the many historical works, spanning five centuries and four continents.
The last stop is ArtCenter/South Florida in the popular Lincoln Road Mall, widely recognized as the leader in contemporary visual arts and culture in the region. Look around at the innovative works by both emerging and established artists.
Finally, conclude the tour with a 3-course lunch or dinner (depending on the time of day) prepared by a celebrity chef at Mercadito Midtown, Shokudo or one of the many other fine South Beach restaurants.
