What To Expect

Begin the day on a fast note by making your way to either the Milano Centrale station in Milan or Santa Maria Novella in Florence (depending on departure city) to catch the high-speed train to Bologna with included tickets. Once you arrive in Bologna, you'll be escorted around Italy's famous Motor Valley in comfort via an air-conditioned minivan.
First up is a stop at the new Lamborghini Museum in Sant’Agata Bolognese, the birthplace of the ‘House of the Raging Bull.’ Opened in 2016, the museum takes visitors on a tour through Ferruccio Lamborghini’s visionary brand through displays of original engines, complete models, and historical photos that illustrate the evolution of super sports cars like the Murciélago, 350 GT, Miura S, Jalpa, Espada, Sesto Elemento, and Reventón.
Continue on to the town of San Cesario sul Panaro for a first-hand look at luxury sports car manufacturing at the sleek new Pagani factory. See where ultrafast machines like the Zonda and Huayra are meticulously created on a factory tour, and delve into Pagani’s history at the on-site museum.
Travel to the province of Modena, where you’ll break for drinks and an included 3-course lunch at a restaurant in Maranello. In the afternoon, finish by exploring one of the world’s most iconic luxury brands at the Ferrari Museum, located right next to the Ferrari factory and the Fiorano test track where record-setting masterpieces are driven by expert drivers. Follow the Ferrari story through multimedia exhibits featuring race trophies, photos, and original cars including the 1951 world champion single-seater and the F1 driven by Formula One legend Michael Schumacher.

What more can you say about seeing some of the world's best most exclusive high performance cars right in their own back yard? Our tour guide spent many years working for Lamborghini so she was very knowledgeable of the inner workings. Of course her bias fell heavily towards Lambo and you could tell Ferrari was just in the wrong neighborhood ;) The Lambo museum is a little disappointing. We were envious of others not in our tour getting to go into the factory. Pagani is well, PAGANI! Enjoyed going on the factory floor and seeing so much eye candy in the works. What a place! Ferrari is the legend. It's so good to finally see it in person and be able to make a more personal connection. It's one thing to see a Ferrari F1 car on television and a completely different one to be standing at the Ferrari gate. Of course what visit to Ferrari would be complete without actually driving one? Driving the 2018 F488 spider through the streets of Maranello was unforgettable and certainly one of the pinnacles of our trip. My suggestion, bring lots of money and spend it all! Great fun.

What a fantastic tour! The day started with an easy train ride from Florence to Bologna, then a quick walk to the hotel across the street from the train station to meet our tour guide Isabella. The bus was air conditioned and comfortable and it was a beautiful drive through Emilia Romagna to the Lamborghini museum where we met our Lamborghini tour guide Christina. The museum was well laid out and the cars were fantastic. Then it was on to Pagani, where they are assembling the cars by hand, no robots here! Pagani is, hands down, our dream car now. Ferrari was our final automobile stop, and the museum was nice, it seemed to be more focused on the Formula 1 cars than the street cars though. Our final stop on the tour was for lunch at a local restaurant for a multi course meal of local favorites, including freshly made pasta. This was truly a highlight of our trip to Italy. We would highly recommend this tour for all car enthusiasts.
