The wine tasting was very enjoyable. Elisabetta Abrami was very knowledgeable and passionate about the wines she produced and
the wines tasted were of very fine quality.

Great opportunity to taste the best sparkling wine made in Italy. The winery selected offered us an exceptional tour and tasting. The lunch was simple and filling. Plenty of time to shop at the Franciacorta outlet mall. Clean and comfortable coach transported us.

This is a fantastic day trip!! The meet point is really easy to find and the day is well organised!
The coach picked us up from central Milan and took us to the shopping centre about 1 hour away. We had lunch included in the price at a nice cafe there. You could choose between a meet and cheese board or salad. A glass of sparkling wine was included with lunch.
The coach then picked us up to take us to the vineyard. It turned out we were the only 2 booked onto the tour!
The tour was fantastic- we met the farmer and a translator- both were very welcoming and friendly. We enjoyed hearing the story of how the wine is produced and there was lots of time to ask questions. We tried 2 of the wines they produce all are white, sparkling, they were really amazing!! The winetasing takes place at the farmers home, it is not a tour of a vineyard. The farmer and translator are very knowledgeable and keen to answer any questions! there is absolutely no pressure to buy additional wine!
after the winetasying we were taken back to the shopping outlet. there are many shops there, but not many brands we recognised. The highlight of the day was definitely meeting the farmer and tasting the delicious wine!
I highly recommend this tour!!

The vineyard tour was so lovely and the wine tasting came with small snacks in a lovely setting. The discount shopping included an extra 10 off and with the Tax Free, we bought some authentic Italian shoes and clothes for really good prices. It was a fun day and even the light lunch was high quality and tasty!

The wine tour itself was incredible! Incredible location, incredible wine, and people. The rest of the tour though was a complete waste of time. Why would I want to go to a shopping outlet centre when I have just come from the city of milan...? Also the bus driver was a total dick and completely un-interested in making the experience enjoyable. He left the shopping outlet without half the group for christs sake! Why? No warning or anything just nup its time to go im going with or without you. These are paying customers and they missed out on the best part of the day because the driver was too impatient to wait a couple more minutes for them.
I'm disgusted to be honest.

2 star rating: It was OK, but could have been better July 2018

Please be warned that although the description says you will have a light lunch at a vineyard, you actually have it at a cafe at the outlet mall. This is the itnerary:
10:30 - leave Milan
12:00 - dropped off at outlet mall
14:00 - picked up to go to the vineyard
15:00 - picked up to go back to the outlet mall
18:30 - picked up to go back to Milan
You spend about half an hour at the vineyard and you try one sparkling wine. The vineyard is beautiful, the wine was delicious, and the woman who gave us the tour was fantastic - she was very informative and sweet. This was by far the best part of the tour. There were five of us total on the tour, and none of us wanted to go back to the mall, but preferred to just go back to Milan where there was more to do and better shopping. We asked the bus driver if he could just take us back, but he said that he was required to go back to the mall. Once at the mall we were able to ask his supervisor who asked her supervisor if we could go back early. How bizarre is it to have people who paid for a nine hour tour jumping with joy because they were allowed to end it a few hours early?!

At the beginning it was horrible and I felt completely duped and even called my significant other in tears, but thankfully it was a good group and we were able to go back early so that I could do things I wanted to do instead of being stranded at the outlet mall for hours on end.

If what you really want is a bus to the outlet mall then this is definitely the tour for you, but if you thought this would be split in half or would be more focused on the wine, then DO NOT BOOK THIS TOUR.

In the end it turned out fine, but I would never recommend this tour to anyone who wasn't solely interested in shopping at an outlet mall that could be literally anywhere in the world.

1 star rating: I do not recommend this July 2018

I thought it was a fashion tour not a stop at the outlet mall. Not my idea of a fashion tour in one of the fashion capitals of the world. Enjoyed the winery very much. Hated that we had to go back to the outlets for another 2 hours after wine tour, was ready to leave would not recommend this tour at all. Just do a wine tour separately. Much too expensive for what we got

I would not recommend this tour. The description is nothing like what is actually is. We rode on a bus for an hour an a half to an outlet mall where we were given lunch even though we were told we would be going to the vineyard first and having lunch there. We were at the outlet mall for 2 hours then were told to meet the bus and it would take us to the vineyard. The bus never showed up and they told us to take a taxi which thankfully they covered the price. We were only at the vineyard for 20 min and though the tour through the wine making process was wonderful we were only given one wine to taste when we were promised three. The taxi took us back to the outlet mall where we expected to meet the bus but found out we had another 4 hours to waste at this place. Some of the shops are good and Italian but not the designer ones we were promised. Most of the shops you can find at any outlet mall in the states like Nike, guess, and Calvin Klein. This was a waste of a day in Milan that I could have spent doing such better things.
