The Last Supper is a must for anyone within a train ride of Milan! The ticket is timed so there is no waiting in long lines. The painting that shares the room with Da Vinci's masterpiece, Montorfano's Crucifixion, should also be examined. The Milano card is a great help as it gives discounts to other museums and allows for free metro travel.
the last supper was fascinating! a must see in Milan..
As for the Milano card, it was a bit difficult to find the place... but we managed to use it since we were staying for an additional two nights in milan.
I did not pick up the Milano Card, so I could not comment on this.
I bought the voucher directly to the Santa Maria delle Grazie and was able to pick up the tickets there. The experience was great, will do it again.
The Last Supper as it should be...as we wanted it without other tour stuff.
And the Milano Card was simple to get - follow the instructions for the location for redemption.
This is an excellent way to get in to see the Last Supper. Glad we did as it was one of the highlights of our trip.
Great way to make a late booking and avoid being ripped off by one of the tour operators . Friendly helpful staff .
The process was seamless. I went 30 min before and showed them the Weekend in Italy voucher and we were done. The audio option 3 per person was helpful.
Loved being able to view the Last Supper. Really didn't use the Milano Card, but would have if we had stayed a few extra days. Good value.
unforgettable experience, including the travel, Milan city pass and Vinci's The last Supper....amazing and incredible...only one little problem, there was a difficulties to find a place were have to take the city pass on the Statione Centrale. There is no signs for showing the directions. Please, take in consideration for the next tourists....all the rest -best! Tnx Viator
Easy. Walked right in, no waiting. We could not find where to pick up our Milano ticket on a Sunday. Was not a big deal to us but might. Be for someone else.
The process was very painless but we did only take advantage of the Last Supper Tickets. We didn't do the Milano card but the process for the Last Supper was totally painless. Especially when there was a line of people requesting for tickets for the day that were not available. Don't forget to get your tickets AT LEAST 3 months in advance. Viator was amazing because the first company I booked through had cancelled and Viator kept sending confirmations and reminders. I would definitely use Viator again!
I questioned why I purchared 8 tickets and only got 6 Milano card vouchers. I was told the children did not need a Milano card. That was in error and we had to purchase them there.
The site for the Last Supper was a little hard to find, not well marked where to check in, however the viewing was very nice. We were given time to see and appreciate this great work.
Leonardo da Vimci went off fine
The Milan pass was an enormous time waste and disappointment
Got up early to collect ours fromCentrale
Couldn and #39;t find the place to collect
Unhelpful staff only had 3 passes not the 4 I and #39;d paid for
Ending up with me buying no 4
Museums didn and #39;t take the free entry UGH
Visiting Leonardo's Last Supper was a wonderful experience. Obtaining tickets from voucher was easy. Would have preferred a buying option of just the visit to Last Supper, tying in Milano Card or whatever simply boosted the price with something we didn't want.
Excellent organisation for viewing the 'Last Supper'. Would have liked a less expensive ticket without the Milano Card.
We got this tour as a last minute resource because we were looking to buy it directly in the Santa Maria delle Grazie church website but there were no more dates available. fortunately we were able to get in with this tour.
PS. In this museum/gallery there are only two paintings the last supper and the crucifixion and you only get 15 minutes to visit the gallery so be on time for your reservation. I got a little late and I only had like 6-7 minutes to visit the gallery, but don't worry they're both in the same room
Loved the efficiency of the 15 minute timeframes to view the paintings. Just the right amount of time! Found the people dehumidifier interesting too!
I enjoyed the last supper, but the Milano card was not worth the money. The card for the train was useful, but I would not recommend Milano card.
Seeing the Last Supper was great and easy. We arrived, showed them the vouchers and we were in. Small group and the 15 minutes viewing time is great. If you can get the tickets directly do.
The Milano card was an absolute waste of time and we couldn't redeem the vouchers. We went to the location at Milan Central and looked for at least 30 minutes before asking someone. They informed us that they closed down a while ago. We went to the alternative tabaco place and they said, to go upstairs which by the hour we wasted we gave up. So, yes The Last Supper is great, Milano Card is not.
Based on other reviews, we decided not to bother with the Milano Card, but redeeming the Last Supper tickets was painful anyway. The ticket office was unable to decipher our voucher, but fortunately the session wasn't booked out and they seemed to take pity on us in the end and surrendered tickets to us anyway. The Last Supper, and Crucifixion, were worth viewing however, and we enjoyed the experience of the exhibit itself.
The Last Supper was definitely worth a trip despite the limited time frame. I absolutely enjoyed my trip there. However, the Milano card was a total waste of money and time just to look for the shop at Central Station. It really ruined my day just to look for that useless card especially when I found out how much cheaper it is and how little places it can get me to. The confirmation email on how to find the Milano card store was outdated and difficult to find. It took me over half hour to look around at the Central Station and asked 3-4 people around the area in order to locate the shop and that was when I realized it was relocated to the other side of the station. When I finally got there, the counter guy was so rude and refused to give me the card because I did not print out the confirmation email. I had to argue with him that the email clearly stated e-copy was acceptable. His manner was so poor and it looked as if he didn't want to have anything to do with me. It was indeed the worst customer service I've experienced in Milan throughout the trip and I was indeed extremely disappointed with this tour. My suggestion is that you should only get the ticket to The Last Supper and can forget about the Milano Card.
