This trip was way beyond what was expected. The views are amazing. Very long day, but well worth it. For lunch I highly recommend that you go with the guides to the local restaurant. The local god is very good and not something you would normally find. It is an extra 16 euros each but very good.

It's a wonderful experience. When you ride in this train Bernina Express Rail seat on the left side because most of the nice views are on the left although the tour guide always says where to look if it's on the right or left. Overall, we loved it!

This was an amazing train ride through the Swiss Alps. Hotel pick-up was nice to have but Van Driver was a little reckless through early morning traffic. Wife and I were getting really bounced around on the stone roadways through town. We did not enjoy that part of the trip! Drop off back to Hotel would also be a great option since you get back to city so late.
The visit to St. Moritz was also way too short. It was less than an hour and most of the stores were closed, not sure why. Maybe because it was a Monday? We had a Spanish speaking lead guide and an English speaking guide. They separated both groups on the train but our English speaking guide did not communicate well with the lead guide so things got a little chaotic when it came to meeting instructions and times. Our guide actually lost sight of the lead guide at one point, which left our group kind of lost. They need better communication between guides!

Outstanding scenery!! The train ride is soooo picturesque with so many beautiful little towns and lakes, and even a huge glacier! On our arrival at St. Moritz we were easily escorted up the escalators to the upper town where there are a lot of photo opportunities and an absolutely wonderful chocolate shop which was a photo opportunity in itself! Nice to have comfort/lunch stops for food/coffee/etc at a scenic village to and from Milan. I would have liked more time in St. Moritz but the whole journey there was worth it!
