Small-Group Trip to Cannes and Antibes from Monaco

Small-Group Trip to Cannes and Antibes from Monaco

Begin your French Riviera day trip with pickup at your hotel in Monaco. Climb into a comfortable vehicle and relax on the scenic drive to Antibes – passing the famous city of Nice en route.

Explore the resort town of Antibes with your knowledgeable guide, including the historic town center's narrow streets and the sparkling harbor. As you head for the next town, don't miss a look at the harbor known as Billionaire's Quay for the number of huge luxury yachts that dock there.

The next stop on your tour is Cannes, well-known for the Cannes International Film Festival as well as for its boutique shopping opportunities. Enjoy the views of sun-soaked beaches and trendy restaurants as you drive along Croisette Boulevard. Walk in the footsteps of celebrities on a visit to the Festival Palace, home of the film festival, where you can see the handprints of Hollywood's biggest stars on the walls.

On the drive back toward Monaco, visit the historic walled village of Saint-Paul-de-Vence, where many famed artists and actors have made their home over the years – including, at one time, the painter Marc Chagall. Wander the cobblestoned streets and poke around in quaint shops and galleries before returning to Monaco.

The experience was incredible! Suzanne was a fun, energetic tour guide and I enjoyed getting time to walk around on my own. Great!

My husband and I were the only two on this tour with our tour guide, Thierry. We definitely lucked out by having a private tour with a great guide! It was a perfect experience to see all the beautiful destinations within the French Riviera, as our time was limited. I would highly recommend this tour!

I would highly recommend the small group tours as these places have lot of history and its easier to interact with the driver cum guide. The vehicle arrived on time and we were all set for the day tour of the french riviera. The weather was great and we got a good view of the coast, pretty landscape and mountains along the way. We loved the small town of St. Paul de Vence stuck in time very picturesque and beautiful including Antibes and Cannes.
The Cannes convention center was a bit of a disappointment as the architecture of the building is out of sync with the culture of the city. Just felt that a more heritage look to the convention center would have been more appropriate instead of the regular glass facade seen on most of the commercial buildings.

I really enjoyed this trip and Suzana was wonderful. Very knowledgable and informative. Had an opportunity to visit the Picasso Museum and that will be very memorable for me. Cannes was somthing that I had always heard about, but was somewhat disappointing. I am glad that I took the trip and I do thank Suzana for being a great guide.
