What a fantastic experience!!! Swimming with the dolphins has been high on my bucket list forever and this was everything I hoped it would be and more. We were late being picked up at the resort so we arrived late to Dolphin Cove. They were wonderful at Dolphin Cove and got us quickly into the encounter. Instead of going through the 20 minute information session, they took us straight to our Ultimate Encounter with our trainers and two dolphins. My husband, daughter and I were the only ones in the water with the dolphins. We got/gave them kisses, caressed them, had them lay in our arms, sang with them, did a foot push and a dorsal fin pull. It was so much fun!!! You cannot take a camera into the dolphin area but they had a photographer taking beautiful photos the entire encounter. We bought a DVD with all the photos they took on it. For me, the extra money was worth it. We then got to get in the water with the stingray and touched it as well as getting to hold a shark on our laps. We were picked up a little while later by our bus driver and taken to Margaritaville in Negril for lunch. The water and white sand beaches were beautiful! We had time to eat an enjoy the beach for a little bit before boarding the Tortuga catamaran and setting sail for some snorkeling. After about 30 minutes in the water we got back on the boat and enjoyed lots of rum punch at the open bar while cruising along the coast of Negril to Rick's Café for some cliff jumping and a gorgeous sunset. It was a very full day about 11 hours from being picked up to being dropped off at our resort. It was worth every penny and we would do it all over again in a heartbeat.

This was the best day of my life! I was picked up at my hotel in Montego Bay at 9:30am. As I boarded I seen that there were already some other people on the bus. We were off! We stopped at one more hotel and picked up another two couples. It was great on the bus because it gave everyone a chance to visit and chat. I travelled alone to Jamaica so it was nice for me to meet people from other parts of the world! The bus ride was cool and entertaining as they drive on the left side of the road and the traffic is a little chaotic. However I assure you these guys know what they are doing. So I was dropped off at Dolphin Cove alone and the rest of the group went ahead. I was nervous but the driver assured me that he would be back for me in 3 hours. I had a chance to upgrade to the Ultimate Swim for only 40 as opposed to like the extra 100 it would cost online. I swam with two dolphins, fed, held and pet a shark along with a sting ray. It was amazing! I received pictures all on DVD as there was a photographer followed us around to take the pictures. For both DVD's it was about 85 US but for me the trip was priceless. I was picked up on time and then we drove to Negril. This is where we boarded the catamaran. We sailed out a ways and were given the chance to snorkel. After snorkeling we sailed along the coast to Rick's Café. Here you were giving the option to eat, drink or jump off a cliff. I chose to eat because I didn't have time to jump. I tried the Jerk Chicken there and it was amazing! On the way back we watched the sunset! It was absolutely gorgeous. There was free drinks on board along with banana chips. Great music playing and wonderful people. The Captain along with the crew were great and extremely friendly. It was a great day! The driver of the bus was waiting for our return and then we were all dropped off at our hotels. The trip in total was about 10-11 hours but totally worth it! As I was alone it gave me something to do for the whole day!

This tour is pretty good overall. Dolphin cove is great. They will wheel and deal on the price of the pictures if you ask. Margaritaville was awesome! Great food and a great beach. There was some confusion from our driver as we were told we would get on the catamaran on the beach at Margaritaville, travel to Rick's Café, then take the catamaran back to Margaritaville where he would pick us up at 6:30 and bring us back to our hotel. When we got to Rick's, the catamaran tour guide told us that our driver would be picking us up at Rick's at 5:30. What? Now we were unsure who was right. As it turned out, we had to call the company only to find out we were now getting picked up at Rick's at 6:30. Nice. So the tour really needs to have the sunset cruise removed from its title as that didn't happen.

Dolphin tour was fun, next time would definitely do the swim instead of the encounter for the money. Our driver was very unfriendly and caused an accident with his irradic driving. Just glad the two on the motorcycle are ok. Sunset catamaran cruise was awesome! So much fun!
