Montego Bay Roundtrip Airport Transfer

While the car was not the most luxurious :) it was clean, air conditioned and both drivers we had were polite, informative and friendly. We did not feel nervous about getting to our destinations and enjoyed our rides. We would definitely use Viator / Holiday Services again.

This was not my first time to Jamaica so I decided to do things different this time. I pre-booked all of my travel tours in advance on Viator and was very pleased with the on time, air Conditioned service to and from the airport. The driver was super nice. Will book again.

This was our first time using viator and couldn't be more pleased. When we arrived at the Montego Bay airport, the information we were provided prior to the trip was spot on. We went to desk #8, gave our name and within 5 min, we were on an air conditioned bus. We waited about 10 min to get everyone loaded and were off to our hotel. The driver was very friendly and about 1hr later were at our hotel (traffic on Friday was horrible). The return experience was just as good. We were given instructions to contact the night before to confirm and that was an easy process. They confirmed our pick up time and were there at exactly the time confirmed. We were the only ones on the ride back and our driver was funny and made the trip super enjoyable. It only took about 40 min to get back from the Grand Palladium. I would use this service again without any hesitations.

Things always appear confusing your first time picking-up a shuttle in an airport and Montego Bay was no exception. So when your looking for Viator Vy-a-tore, look for the station numbers for them. The driver, Frankie, was really nice and helpful! We only had to wait about 15 mins. to be on the road. Hedonism II is quite a distance from the airport 1hr. but Frankie gave us a talking tour of his island which made it fun and interesting. Our pick-up time to go back to the airport was 6:00am and the driver was right on time. I would HIGHLY recommend Viator!

The drivers were pretty great. If you get Nelson as a driver from Holiday Services, you will be in for a great tour to our hotel.

Wonderful experience. I am a woman alone travelling to jamaica and i wanted to feel safe. The service was excellent when i arrived at the airport. The driver was professional and very attentive at my needs like putting music i like and we stop by a shop for buying something to drink. I will use again your service again!
