      Will was very knowledgeable about the subject and baking in general. He kept an engaging conversation going with the participants of the class. Tools and materials were easily accessible and organized. Our finished product was delicious!

      My husband and I really enjoyed the bagel making class! It was a perfect class size and Will provided a great atmosphere for everyone to get to know one another. Will was an excellent teacher who taught both the how and the why of bagel making! Highly recommend.

      This was a great experience, Will was wonderful with a great sense of humour. We had 9 in the group, we made 3 bagels; sesame seed, the works, and poppy seed are your options, this is a must when visiting Montreal, near the metro with a 20 mins walk, through the Montreal neighbourhoods… Ps ask Will to tell the story about the bagel… east/west ends ! ;) well worth it !!       Really a great moment, learn, do, laugh, share and connect with people from different country. The explanations are detailed and very well illustrated live. He helps if we don't reach some stages, he listens to everyone. And even a little bonus, if we lack English vocabulary, he translates it to French. The perfect workshop with the perfect teacher. And the bagels are really good!

      Super fun class! Perfect for a range of skill, from some who never bakes to a weekly baker. The instructions were easy to follow and even went into a little bit of the science behind what we were doing. The home kitchen was inviting and a great environment to learn in. Would highly recommend!

      If your looking for a afternoon filled with laughs while learning how to make delish bagels sign up now. Out host was very organized, knowledgeable with the talent of getting everyone engaged. It’s a small group of about 8. In a residential home.. no signage… but door opens on time
