The Niagara tour, a uniqueexperience.

The most memorable part of the tour was the 1000 islands Lake tour on the first day and the Niagara tour on the second day.

We had a flat tire and did not enjoy our journey to Toronto, we had 10mn to check the CN tour for which we paied 50$. The company did not even bother to make a gesture! The guides were nice and tried to fix things as they could..

Not Great

Well, I bus broke down for 3hrs and we were not able to see Toronto very well. The activities were very rushed on both days. I would have liked to know more details regarding trip. Not just, “we are going to lunch”. It would have been nice to be given restaurant name or type of food without having to ask. Some of the passengers on the bus were rude. This was my first and last bus trip.

Ripped off

The actual excursions, what we saw etc was amazing but I feel like I've been ripped off somewhat. I sent a message to ask if we needed cash for the excursions or if I could pay by card. Was told cash & it would be $150-200 each. The tour guide messaged the day before we left and advised $265 each. The bus we were in was so old I think it was built before they invented suspension! The air con broke as well. 2 Lunches were included that was not advertised on Viator when I booked. These were OK. 2nd day, we got to the buffet restaurant and it had closed down! They found another and it was just about ok. 2 days of Chinese buffet, these should have been a wider variety of food. I thought our overnight hotel would have been in Toronto itself, but is was 40 mins drive away. Nothing around us so couldn't even go out for the evening. Was told because of Covid, they weren't serving breakfast, but in reality, breakfast didn't start until after we left in the morning. 6.20am start and breakfast didn't start till 6.30. I'm sure they could have made us a takeaway breakfast. The tour was run by wonder travel. I didn't book directly through them as the reviews were bad. I didn't realise I would actually be with them anyway. Overall, what we did was amazing as I'd hoped but the rest was pretty rubbish to be honest. The extra money PP was extortionate

Luke the tour guide was amazing. Really recommend the trip. We had everything we needed. The lunch buffets were great. The hotel was very good too.

Si tu n'as jamais fait de voyage organisé avec des grands bus et 60 personnes qui se suivent et que tu sais que tu n'aiment pas ça , ce voyage n'est pas pour toi. Tout est timé très très court. Tu vois ce qui est inscrit pas de mensonge , mais aucun temps libre n'est possible. L'escale à Niagara on the lake ne sert strictement à rien. 40 minutes d'arrêt dont 20 min aller et 20 retour pour aller boire un café car le petit déjeuner n'est pas compris à l'hôtel. En même temps le matin c'est réveil à 6h avec le téléphone qui sonne dans les chambres. Pourquoi ne pas laisser dormir un peu plus et sauter ce village mignon car on a pas de temps ? Prévoir pull et pantalon long pour le bus, clim à 16 degrés. Les repas du midi sont corrects dans des buffets asiatiques les midi. Prévoir le repas du soir. Guide sofi impeccable. En soit pas de publicité mensongère mais a savoir une heure max par activitées prévue.

L'excursion est bien. Mais aucun site n'est inclus donc il faut encore et encore payer ainsi que les repas. Sinon, le guide a un français limité mais ça va. Je voulais aussi suggérer de ne pas accepter les enfants en bas âges car 8h de bus à côté d'un bébé qui hurle, ça été très dure.

Séjour Toronto et Niagara

Tout était une découverte pour moi car c’est la première fois que j’allais à Toronto et à Niagara et je n’ai pas été déçue. Le programme a été fidèle à ce qui était prévu. Nous avons en prime eu un temps magnifique à Toronto. Cela s’est gâté à la fin du 2e jour mais sans conséquence. Luke le guide et Peter le chauffeur très sympathiques. Beaucoup d’heures de bus mais nous étions prévenus! Hôtel très confortable et très bons restaurants. Il restera de cette expérience de très jolies photos et plein de souvenirs.
