Superb experience! Daria Liluashvili is the best guide!

The tour was superb! Our Guide was Daria Liluashvili. She was extremely caring & helpful. She answered our many questions & told us interesting anecdotes. We had a gorgeous Georgian Lunch together too! It was splendid to see the spectacular city with its many treasures & everything was well explained! We tasted some Russian Chocolates too! Thank you!

My tour guide for this 8 hours trip was Ms. Daria. This is my first time to engage private tour guide, one on one, so I did not know what to expect. Daria was fantastic: very professional, knowledgeable, dedicated and with good sense for humor, so this 8 hours passed like few minutes. what I liked was that she announced a day before, and wanted to confirm her arrival. She was exactly on time, on the meeting point in my hotel's lobby. First she made introduction of our tour, how she sees the day, and the route. Her English was perfect, we talked about history and most of the attractions of Moscow. We talked a lot, she was answering all my questions, comparing past and the present period of the construction of the historical monument we were talking about. I really got very nice overview about Moscow, about the history.. and it was not boring at all... we had very good fun. Thank you, Daria, for making my walking tour in Moscow relaxing and enjoyable, despite I am not, usually, so keen on walking :) .

Daria was wonderful. She was very friendly and knowledgeable. We saw many of the main cultural sights. And she introduced me to the wonders of the Moscow underground. I had no idea. I'm grateful she included it in our tour.

Vasily was an excellent tour guide, helpfully putting together a plan for the day based on my travel schedule and must see locations. He was full of interesting information about the many wonderful things to see in Moscow and helped make good use of time by waiting in line for venue tickets while I explored close by sites. I definitely recommend visiting Moscow and Vasily as your guide!

We booked this tour because we had a 13-hour layover at Sheremetyevo Airport, and we were not disappointed. Our guide, Katya, was incredibly knowledgeable and personable. When we met up, she listened to our preferences and built a customized tour based upon what we told her. She also gave us all kinds of extra advice and walked us through various things, such as where to store our bags during the tour, the timing of our return to the airport, and the best way to get back to the airport. She answered all of our questions and waited patiently while we did photography and took time to view the various sites. Our group was thrilled with our tour and felt like we were able to maximize our short time in this beautiful city thanks to Katya. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Moscow as a fine introduction to this amazing city!

My guide, Polina, did a great job of showing me the city of Moscow. I thoroughly enjoyed the tour and seeing the architectural details of the city's subway system. Using the subway is difficult for westerners with the Cyrillic alphabet difficult to decipher. I felt I had a really unique experience and that the tour was worth what I paid.

That was a very good investment. Natalya, my guide, is very competent and kind. She speaks Italian well enough to interact with me and answer my questions. She made a nice plan for the day and I always had the possibility to adjust things as I wished. In a few hours it is possible to see most of central Moscow, the Kremlin, Red Square and the surroundings. I strongly recommend this tour to those who have little time and wish to see as much as possible.

Talking and Walking in Moscow

This was my 7th visit to Moscow, and probably my last one. I sought a private guide because a general group tour would have told me what I already knew. My guide turned out to be perfect. She listened to my goals. It also turned out that she had done research on me, even watching a You Tube recording of one my talks. Her background matched well with mine. She had studied and worked in journalism. An intern, who also had studied journalism, joined us. My guide concentrated on showing me things that had changed in recent years. Several hours into the tour, we stopped for drinks, and spent almost all the rest of the time talking. Ultimately I appreciated the conversation the most. But I have no doubt that if we had focused on sights the guide would have done a superb job. I ended the tour after 7 hours because I was tired and it had gotten dark. The guide was concerned that I wasn't getting my money's worth by cutting off an hour. For me, the bottom line is that I had a great experience....The only challenge I faced is that I wasn't staying in a central hotel, so arranging a meeting place was difficult, especially because my mobile phone isn't equipped for international service.

Excellent Introduction to Moscow

Our guide, Lyia was amazing. It was our first day in Russia so she was able to provide us valuable information on everything about being in this country with a completely different alphabet and difficult language. But mostly provide us with the basics for getting around, understanding local customs, and tips on where to go - especially how to avoid long lines. We enjoyed our time with her very much! A+ experience.

We did an 8 hour private tour with LENA and it was the highlight of our trip to Russia on a Viking River Cruise. We took the metro and met Lena in central city. She spoke excellent English with no accent and was so knowledgeable. Wish we had spent all our touring days with her. She was very flexible and took us to a local restaurant for lunch where she continued to give us information and answer questions. She would have showed us even more but we needed to get to the ship since it was our last day. She took us to some amazing places we hadn't even heard of in any literature. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Disgusting! From organization to guide! Do not ever book!

Company stopped replying. Did not confirm until I could tacted Viator 5 tines! Did not pick up the phone! At the end provided us with boring, uninteresting, lazy guide! Kids were bored, we were bored, we didn’t see anything! Total waste of money! No idea how they got high rating! Do not ever book! ! We had 8 adults and 10 kids who knew more then the guide!

I didn't know what to expect when I signed up for this tour. Tanya, our tour guide, spoke great English and had great passion for the city and its incredible history. She brought historical material to show us about the sights we saw so we got an appreciation of events past. She also took us to local spots, affordable stores where we purchased souvenirs, and cool lunch and snack places. Tanya covered all of the sights on foot and metro despite the snowy weather, so we really experienced the city the way the locals do it. What a fantastic find! I would definitely recommend to anyone who want to tour this amazing city in a short amount of time.
