This is a fun way to experience the great beer, food and history in Munich. The tour guide was very friendly and knowledgeable, and he helped us all have a great time. Highly recommended if you're looking for a way to sample Bavarian foods and beers while also seeing some of Munich's best beer halls, including the Oktoberfest Museum.

This tour is amazing. Our guide Jax was very knowledgeable and friendly. I learnt about the history of Oktoberfest, the main breweries in Munich and tasted the different kinds of beer available in this region. It was also great that I scheduled this as my first tour. For the next few days when I travelled around, I knew exactly what beer to order. .

Our guide was very knowledgeable and we went to some amazing places to sample beer and the food of the region. A tour and tasting at the Oktoberfest Museum was a highlight as well as dinner. The group quickly made friends and stayed at the last stop of the tour for the remainder of the evening!

This was a really good, fun evening which was made very entertaining by our guide, Dani. The tour includes 2 beer brew houses, one of which is also the Beer and Oktoberfest museum - I now know why Oktoberfest is in fact held in September! The second brewhouse includes dinner, which is a generous platter of Bavarian meats, cheeses and bread - more than enough for everyone. Just be aware that at this one, you need to buy your own drinks, whereas the first one has free beer tastings.
The tour ends at Hofbrauhaus, where you can continue at leisure if you want.
As a single traveller, I really enjoy these evenings as its an opportunity to visit places in the company of other people, and this was a very friendly group. And thanks again to Dani for making it so much fun!

I came very close to missing this one so glad I didn't! My train arrived about 10 minutes after the tour's start time. Previous tours left exactly on time, so I was pleasantly surprised that the group was still enjoying their welcome beer when I arrived. The tour would have been fun on it's own I mean, food and beer, what more do you need?, but was made infinitely better by our guide Keith. He made sure everyone had a great time on the tour, and did his best to make sure we had all the information we needed to have a great stay in Munich.

If you're thinking about booking this tour, book it now. This tour was easily one of our favorite nights in Munich. With Keith as our guide, we had a fun, relaxed, and truly informative tour that stopped at the Oktoberfest Museum sampled 3 beers, a beer hall with Bavarian food yay!, and ending at the famed Hofbrauhaus. He did a fantastic job of keeping the tour lighthearted and interesting, while also encouraging being social with people you didn't go on the tour with. Also, he was hilarious. At the end of the tour, Keith had info cards for anyone who wanted his personal suggestions for food, drinks, clubs, etc in Munich that weren't super touristy and expensive. I really appreciated that!

I highly recommend this tour, especially if you're looking to learn more about the role beer has played in history while having a good time drinking fantastic beer in good company. Cheers Keith! And hi Elaine!

You know, we were a little skeptical about this tour when we signed up for it, but I must say that we had a wonderful time on the tour. Our Irish guide was fantastic, with lots of knowledge about Munich and also a wonderful sense of humor. The group of a dozen or so fellow tour-mates was also terrific - by the end of the evening we all felt like close friends. There is nothing like getting to know people over good Munich beer and tasty Bavarian food. Munich takes its beer and food very seriously and this tour, which included a good bit of sightseeing around the central district, was a great cultural introduction to Munich.

Dan was great. Lots of good information about the local beers. And the food was great. Didn't think the sample platters would fill us up but we were wrong. We went on a Saturday night so our final stop at the Hofbräuhaus was crowded. We ended up not being able find a seat so we hit another local place instead.

This tour was fantastic, I highly recommend it. Our tour guide was named Dani, and she was funny, personable, and had a wealth of knowledge about Bier and about Munich. She guided us via public transportation to our various destinations, which was a lot of fun, and took us through Munich's beer history. There was an interesting mix of people, probably from age 21 to 60 or so, and this created a fun dynamic when everyone got a little tipsy. I would definitely do this again, worth the money for sure!

It was a really good evening. Surprised at the amount of food and drink to sample. Very informed host, he took excellent care of the group. Nice walk and public transport was good. Well worth the time.

Prost! This was an all around enjoyable evening to learn about food and beverage culture in Munich and Germany in general. Visit to the OcktoberFest and Beer Museum appropriately scheduled in the beginning for some historical prospective - before too many beers along the way. Id do it again. You should at least once.

Unreal exPerience!! Austin our tour guide was amazing, unfortunate that was his last tour after years of doing it, future guests would've loved his knowledge of beer, food and restaurants. Still raving about it and glad to have exPerienced it. Highly recommended if you are an avid beer lover

If you love your beer and interested to learn about German beer and its history, this is a must do! The beer starts flowing before the walking. Include some sight seeing and public train rides to brauhaus
