An extremely comprehensive tour with guide, Matt, who covered everything from 1918 to 1945 and beyond. Great value and an excellent educational tour, make sure you wear your comfy walking shoes.
Kevin was an excellent guide. Knowledgable and passionate about the material presented. Respectful of the sacredness of the site.
This is one of those tours that is a must. Very somber at times but is a reminder of a terrible time in history that cannot be allowed to be repeated. Our guide was very knowledgeable and did a great job. There is a lot of walking involved in seeing all aspects of the Concentration Camp Museum.
Excellent tour. A lot of walking on gravel. Warm in the summer, not a lot of shade. Tour guide was excellent.
Keith, our guide was great. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend this tour
My tour guide was very very knowledgable about Dachau and was really helpful and accommodating to the tour group. Not everyone was familiar with the world history, and our guide was very patient with all of our questions. I enjoyed the tour very much and felt like I learned a lot!
Great tour guide Achim. Lively, knowledgable, entertaining, and relevant. Would highly recommend
This was an amazing, moving tour. Our guide Natale was so knowledgeable and really guided us through the camp. She had tremendous insights and knowledge about Dachau. My only regret is that we didn't take her next tour on the third reich.
This was a great tour! Our guide Scott was excellent, told us lots of interesting new information, and gave us ample time to look around and take pictures. In 17 days sightseeing in Germany and Switzerland, this was certainly the best tour we took. Thanks -
An excellent tour with an excellent guide, Craig. He was very knowledgeable and gave a great explanation of the Camp history throughout its existence. He presented us with factual information without being opinionated. The tour is quite lengthy and a few of our group had also subscribed to the Third Reich walking tour scheduled for mid-afternoon. In view of this, Craig did not have the necessary time to allow us a short break during the tour and usage of the toilets after the tour. Being a very hot day, this would have been very welcome. We also did not have time to effect any purchases from the bookshop. Nevertheless, a tour not to be missed and one I would definitely recommend.
Very thought provoking. Very knowledgeable and informative tour guide - I think it was Keith (Irish guy) who had mentioned had been tour guide for many years - this was evident as did a great job keeping everyone together and with how he talked us through this very detailed and informative tour
Great tour! Very thought-provoking, challenging, interesting... impossible not to be fully engaged in the tour. The tour guide was AMAZING. His approach, knowledge, personality showed in the best way and in a non-judgemental way... I really enjoyed this tour. I think it was also a good value. Would recommend highly to anyone.

Everyone should plan a visit to Dachau for history's sake. Guide was extremely knowledgeable. Be prepared to be on your feet the full 4 hours at Dachau. Places to sit and rest for a minute or two are very rare. I've been twice and taken teenagers with me both times. Important to see this place and not just read about it in textbooks.
Our guide was extremely knowledgeable, organized and kept a very big group together. She also went above and beyond to help us with where we were going after the tour. We would recommend Nicola for any trip!!!!!
The tour was fantastic. It was well organized and easy to find meeting spot. Travel on the train and bus was easy. Grit was well spoken and informative.
This tour was very informative and sensitive in nature. The guide provided interesting information at all times.
Our tour guide, Grit, was fabulous! She was extremely knowledgeable. I have no doubt that she made this the best experience it could be.
Walking into Dachau was very sobering and emotional. Having an extremely knowledgeable guide who is a great story teller made it that much more powerful. Our guide Steve was exceptional and really helped frame what it was like in camp. It was heartbreaking and surreal being there. I would highly recommend this tour. It had an impact on me that I will never forget.
Matt made this trip worth it! He did a great job of delivering information respectfully without being boring.
This was an outstanding tour and made extremely meaningful by Mat, our tour guide.
This tour is all about the guide, and Steve is excellent. His narration is enlightening, his insights are nuanced, and his timing is perfect. Without a guide in a place like this, it's just old, empty space, unless you have some sort of audio commentary. Although I prefer audio guides or web apps for art museums, places like concentration camps and other living historical sites are done justice by live guides such as Steve.
