My partner and I absolutely loved this tour! It is so amazing how some of the structures still stand after nearly 2500 years ago! Aria, our guide for the Delos Tour was very informative and friendly. We absolutely recommend doing this tour when you are in Mykonos.
Highlight of the tip! This is a DO NOT MISS. Easy walking, picture taking bonanza, heaped in history.
This tour is a must! Our boat ride was rocky but so worth it! Delos is phenomenal. Our tour guide was amazing and so knowledgeable.
This was the perfect half day tour to Delos. It was just what we needed, transportation from our hotel to the boat, an excellent tour guide who pointed out the highlights of Delos and a little free time at the end. You must visit Delia if in Mykonos and this is a great way to experience this archeological site!
About a thirty minute boat ride from Mykonos, the island of Delos is a must see if you are at all interested in the ancient world. One of the better preserved archeological sites in Greece, it put me in mind of the ruins at Delphi. The island is uninhabited except by a few guards and archeologists. With no modern construction in site, it's quite an evocative and special place. Our guide was an archeologist whose knowledge was voluminous and whose presentation was interesting and accessible to the layman. If you're visiting Mykonos, take a break from the beaches and the party life and book this excursion. You won't regret it.
Other reviews of this trip were key in helping me decide to take this tour and I'm glad I did. As others have indicated the guide for this trip is an archeologist and that made the trip so much more interesting as she was able to provide great details and stories of how life was back during the time Delos was active.
I also appreciated the small group size. The boat leaving Mykonos was one of the smaller wooden types - very beautiful and could only hold a small number of people maybe 15 plus or so. When you see the Orca and similar at the Delos dock you will be grateful you took this tour.
I couldn't believe that I was going to enjoy this tour as much as I did,it was a great tour and so was the Greek lunch at
a Greek house awesome lunch
Just amazing the ancient history and ruins . The tour guide was getting a graduate degree in archaeology so she really knew her stuff and was very interesting. Highly recommend!

When researching the various excursion options on our Mykonos stop we chose to visit Delos rather than the beach trips. Angela was simply incredible. She is a passionate archeologist that was able to captivate us throughout the tour. We were very happy to have selected the Delos tour and could not be more pleased with our tour guide.
This tour was wonderful and so worth the boat trip! Our tour guide was surly so he was a bummer but overall this was great. Be sure to book the tour with lunch. The lunch is getting to enjoy a full Greek meal cooked by other tourists who take a cooking class. I didn't know this when I booked the Delos Tour with lunch but it was a happy surprise. The meal was the BEST meal I'd had my entire time in Greece.
