Pick-up and drop-off shuttle service is included and is either from/to hotel or a designated meeting point depending on the location of the accommodation. It is a shared transportation that includes stops at multiple hotels/meeting points therefore a certain delay may occur. In case you miss it, you will need to call us that morning to find out where the embarkation point will be and you will have to reach it by your own means and charges. The embarkation time of this cruise is at 08:30 am and the departure time is at 09:00 am. *At the embarkation point the participants will be able to recognize one of the cruise representatives and crew by their t-shirt or sign saying 'Sunfos Alessia Yachting'.

We had a great time on this tour. The boat was beautiful, the lunch food was tasty and plentiful, the sea swimming was fun and refreshing, the Delos tour by Mrs Cleopatra was insightful and entertaining & the crew were helpful and nice. Couldn’t have asked for more! - the highlight of our time in Mykonos.

I enjoyed the tour for the most part, and the staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. I think it's important to remember how windy Mykonos can get, and take this into account when booking the trip. I think a lot of people were expecting a cruise where they could layout and drink. That being said, I really enjoyed getting to see Delos, and i loved having a guide there. The captain finds a nice cove in Rhenia to relax in before lunch. The food was good, pickup was easy, and the trip was straightforward. Thanks!

Customer care excellent but too wavy and windy

Too windy but the crew very nice The trip was not my favorite thing in Mykonos but the crew was very nice. The water very wavy and too windy. I suggest only to go directly to visit the ancient place because it is very hard Enjoy the sun and jump in the water . The tour guide very nice and clear .

Our cruise was amazing! First of all we wanted to change our date due to weather and Vicky was so accommodating!!! The captain and his crew were knowledgeable and made us feel welcome and safe!!! The lunch was delicious!! I would definitely recommend this tour! And would do it again!

Was nice, then the shared shuttle home ruined it.

Nice cruise, food was mostly good except for some that was super slightly overcooked. We had no major complaints until we got back to the port - on our way to the boat that morning, we were picked up 45 mins before embarkation and picked up 4 other couples (we got to the boat just in time). On the way home, they had 10 couples sharing ONE van which made me snd my husband sit in the car for over an hour and a half. I got car sick and tried to get some money back for the mess and time they wasted, but they wouldn’t give it back. Highly suggest getting your own ride home since they’re too cheap to have multiple shuttles to bring you back. We planned on having dinner and drinks when we got home, but we got back so much later than anticipated it ruined the night.

Amazing yacht tour!

Excellent yacht in very good condition, sailed most of the way, not crowded, good food and wine. Beautiful secluded bay for snorkeling and swimming. Delos is extraordinary - much larger than I had imagined. Crew very hospitable and friendly. Very good value for money.

Inaccurate posting, good views

Great experience, however the posting was inaccurate in what was offered. It said complimentary white and red house wine, but it was just complimentary white and rose (not red). There was no complimentary draft beer offered at lunchtime, and when questioned the crew was offended that we asked. We did not appreciate the condescending attitude when asked about the existence of items listed on their actual posting, as if we were asking for extra freebies. If they're not offered, simply apologize and update the listing, instead of being rude about it. We booked because we had friends this trip interested in both items, and that was what made this yacht experience different from several others posted on Viator for the same dates. Also, it listed complimentary pick-up and drop-off shuttle transportation, but apparently they forgot to include a footnote that it is only done if you are staying at a hotel. AirBNBs or Villas are not included in this shuttle transportation so you have to find your own transportation to meet them a their chosen pick-up point. Also another reason why I booked this experience, but they don't tell you that until 2 days before your scheduled trip date. The food was okay, but I wasn't expecting amazing food. The views and Delos was amazing and should not be missed, but several other listings offer the same views and guided tours of Delos so if given another chance I would probably chose another group to go with. Honesty is the best policy to me, and this company did not seem like the most honest in their information provided.

My girlfriend and I had a great time on this excursion. There was plenty of room aboard the boat and everything was very clean. The swimming area was crystal clear blue waters with some fish and other marine life to see while snorkeling. The crew was also very attentive going above and beyond to make sure we wanted for nothing. Highly recommend booking.

We were very fortunate to have an excellent "no wind" day for our excursion, and it was awesome! The water is so beautiful, and the cruise out to Rhenia Island was nice and smooth. We swam around the ship and some went onto the beach. The food was good Greek fare, and they had beer, wine, water and soft drinks aplenty. Delos is a very interesting place, and we could have spent much more time there looking around, but it was hot. It would have been nice to go to Delos first, then to Rhenia, but the trip back to the port cooled us off, so it worked out good in the end. We were very glad we did this, and would do it again. The crew were friendly and helpful.

You can't expect everything to be perfect... but you should have some expectation of things being as expected

What sounded like a great time was riddled with troubles from the start: 1) Hotel Pickup/Drop-off: well not really, we had to walk 5 minutes to a different hotel which was more convenient for our shuttle. Not the end of the world but also not what we paid for. 2) We ended up sitting on the boat, docked, for over an hour longer the we were supposed to be to start the trip. Why? Because there was a crew member who did not show up for the trip. There was no communication as to what was going on, just that we would be leaving "soon". Eventually someone did show up, but it became clear he had never been on a boat before. 3) The tour we book was for 30 or fewer people, we counted 36 guests which meant there really wasn't much of any free space outside of the cabin.4) The captain of the boat was non-existent outside of the boat being in motion, he spent most of his time below deck and said nothing to the guests at all. If I had to guess he was nursing a rather serious hangover. 5) The cruise advertised free water, soda, and wine. The soda and water were fine, but let me tell you the wine was some of the most disgusting wine I have ever tasted. I come in a lovely 1.5-2 liter plastic bottle, much like a water bottle. I located what looks like it was the same wine later for about 1.5 euro's per bottle. I'm not suggesting the cruise should have had some sort of premium wine selection but hey the 3 euro/(glass)bottle of wine we found on our trip was actually enjoyable. 6) The swimming and lunch portion of the trip was actually very pleasant except for the complementary snorkeling gear. The gear was fine functionally, but it was clear that they had no sanitation or cleaning process or standard for the gear either before we got it or after we were done with it. 7) The tour of Delos left a lot to be asked, first it was the hottest day of our two weeks in Greece. The crew was aware of the heat but not really all that helpful, it would have been prudent for them to recommend we take a few bottles of water with us or something. 8) Our "English speaking" guide was also not stellar, she certainly had some knowledge of Delos island but it left a lot be desired both in content and in her English speaking abilities. We have book quite a few tours in Italy and Greece and this was the worst "English" tour we have had. I wanted to keep the first part of the review specific to our experience, but it's also worth noting that we were not along and that other guests on the boat

This was without a doubt one of the most excellent experience we had. From swimming in the amazing sparkling beach jumping off the boat to the tour by the delos Island I definitely recommend this tour . The sunfos staff was very nice and helpful

Unfortunately, our cruise got cancelled, and it was the only day we could do it, so there was no way to reschedule. That being said, the company was excellent and very helpful. If we go back we will definitely try to rebook with them. Very kind, professional, and efficient.

The crew of the yacht was amazing; very attentive. The boat was beautiful and comfortable; plenty of room for everyone. The food was delicious and plentiful. My only hesitation with giving them 5 stars was they were not at the pick up point and we had to call them. Once we called, they came right away. I'm only grateful that someone in our party had phone service in Greece

Nous avons passé une très bonne journée. Nous étions 3 avec notre fille de 12 ans. Sunfoss Alessia Yachting nous avait indiqué que le bateau serait un voilier au lieu du superior yacht , nous avions confirmé notre réservation avec le voilier. Le capitaine et son assistant ont mis les voiles pour rallier l’île de Rhenia. Il y avait du vent, c’était très sympa.
