Get picked up from your Nagoya hotel in the late afternoon, after which you’ll get a ride to the sushi bar where you’ll take your lesson. Grab an apron, wash your hands and prepare to get started.
Learn tips and techniques for proper sushi creation from your professional sushi chef, attempting to make different sushi styles like “nigiri,” (single piece) “maki,” (rolls) and “otsukuri” (sashimi) sushi. Your included guide will help translate the chef’s instructions into English. Once you’ve finished with your sushi preparations, grab a seat to enjoy your meal. Relish your hard work and taste some additional sushi items prepared by the chef. Your instructor will be happy to answer any questions about Japanese cuisine, sushi or anything else during your meal.
You’ll return back to your original pickup point after dinner, arriving around 7:30pm.
