We thoroughly enjoyed the day visiting two wineries and one champagne house. The lunch was delicious and the tastings were great. I enjoy meeting interesting people from different places on a small group tour like this. My only comment is that we would have preferred longer at the Jacuzzi venue to explore the beautiful house and grounds.

The experience was truly one of a kind. Our driver and guide, Judith was fun, engaging, and explained a lot of the areas as we drove out of San Francisco and through Napa Valley and Sonoma. The views were breathtaking, the three wineries we went to: Cline Winery, Lawson Family Winery, and Domaine Chandon were all unique in their own ways. The group we were with was small and intimate (around 10 people total) and the lunch served was worth the money. Additionally, when leaving the shuttle at the end of the trip, I left my iPhone in the shuttle. I didn't realize it until about 10 minutes after departing the shuttle. I called Viator in San Francisco and they found the phone and even had their employee, Hao drive it to our condo. That is TRUE customer service at it's finest! I appreciate the great times that this trip provided and I will definitely use Viator again on my next excursion.

Our driver was terrible. He was not friendly and gave us very little information during the tour. In spite of that we had a fun group which made the day fun. The first two wineries were average. Our lunch was also average. Our visit to Chandon was the highlight of the trip. Our tour guide, Debbie was fabulous. The only down side was that we did not have enough time at the end and felt rushed by our grumpy driver.

Trip is fabulous from pickup to drop-off. Our driver and tour leader Cynthia did a terrific job and was bilingual as our group of 12 people contained 4 people from Italy. So she accommodate everyone equally. She was very personable. The 3 wineries were outstanding from a small family vineyard, larger Jacuzzi taste testing to a full tour of a beautiful sparkling wine winery, tour, and several tastings. Lunch included delicious soup and the mushroom ravioli with boulanaise was mouth watering

I recently booked the small group Napa and Sonoma tour through Viator which was operated by Great Pacific Tours.

We were given a pick up window of 8:30-8:45 am when the driver did not arrive until after 9 am, without calling or notifying us they would be late. I called the number listed on the tickets and the woman on the phone said she couldnt tell me where the driver was. Turns out one passenger did not show up, while others werent ready. Finally the bus arrives and the bus driver, Cynthia, storms into the lobby as if were the late passengers.

Already a half hour behind schedule, and the bus driver goes back to pick up the people who were late. Unbelievable.

When we get to the first winery, we are told to use the bathroom and then the group can assemble to begin the tasting. Instructions were clear that the tasting could not begin until the group is back together. Now I did not go to the bathroom so my friend and I decided to take some pictures, when Cynthia rushed over and exclaimed that we were delaying the tasting and theres no time for photos right now. While yes, half the group is in the bathroom still. I am an adult and I will take pictures during my vacation if I want and do not need to be scolded by a woman who just told the group we werent starting.

Aside from that, we had less than 45 minutes at each winery, which is barely enough time to step foot outside of the tasting room.

I kindly asked Cynthia before lunch if we could spend extra time at the last winery since we were delayed because of the late couple, and rushed at each previous tasting, and she shouted back to me: youve had enough time. Ive given you extra time. Every tour gets the same amount of time.

Again, her behavior was beyond rude to a guest who was simply asking a question.

Its also ridiculous that your website lists 3-4 wineries and domaine Chandon when in reality, the tour takes you to 3 wineries including Chandon. Its false advertising and people are paying to see places that you are not taking them to. Let alone, youre not even giving them one hour to enjoy a certain place.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the operation of this tour and the unprofessionalism of our guide. I would like to speak with someone immediately who can rectify the situation and refund the good money we spent to be yelled at like children.

My husband and I had a delightful day with our tour guide,Anya and our tour group. It was a very pleasant ride through all of the wine country and the San Francisco city area. Going over both bridges was breathtaking. Anya was super! She was very knowledgeable about the whole región and super funny. We had an awesome time! Thank you very much!

This tour was amazing! There were 13 guests on the tour and it was the perfect size to visit and get to know each other a little bit. We visited 3 wineries, one mid size, one small and one large. Tasting many different styles and varieties, as well as learning about the wine-making process, was so much fun and educational. Katya was an excellent tour guide and driver. She made the trip so much fun and was very knowledgeable about the area. I would highly recommend this tour!

I have been on A LOT of tours, and this was SO fun. My mom really enjoyed the first couple of wineries, but I really enjoyed Chandon as I'm a big fan of sparkling wine. The lunch was great. The travel was a little long, but beautiful. By far, our tour guide/driver was the thing that really put this tour over the top for us!!!!
