Nice tour of Hawkes Bay and Napier. We still had plenty of time to explore Napier on our own. Option to drop you off at numerous locations in the city upon completion of the tour was really appreciated..

Truly an enjoyable trip with great sightseeing thru the wine region and up to the highest point possible. Then back to Napier to view the Art Deco buildings , the driver was totally engrossed in his knowledge of the earthquake of 1931 and the aftermath that resulted in the building of the Art Deco style of architecture.

This was a great tour. We were on a cruise and booked the tour through Viator. We had no problem locating the tour operator and found the tour to be very informative, enjoyable, scenic and our guide was very knowledgeable, especially in relation to Napiers Art Deco history. Kathy

This is a delightful small group 10 folks tour of Hawkes Bay including vineyards, orchards, Tuki Tuki River, and Te Mata peak and Napier both residential and downtown Art Deco buildings. John and Maggie go out of their way to make you feel at home. Highly recommended!

Jim took us to see the many sights of Napier, from a high, distant point to the art deco residential district. Much to see and do. Loved the tour and our shopping trip in town. Highly recommend this one to anybody wanting to see Napier.

This was a wonderful day! Our guide, Maggie, drove us through Napier, which was mostly destroyed by an earthquake in 1931. The town was then rebuilt in Art Deco style, giving the downtown a very festive and cohesive look. We then drove through the suburbs - very interesting to see the neighborhoods - mostly very neat and filled w/flowers. We stopped at the Strawberry Stop for fresh fruit ice cream their cappuccinos are awesome!.... then up to the top of Te Mata, w/glorious views. See if you can find shell fossils! I did!
The back to Napier - past cow pastures, pigs, sheep and many orchards of apples and vineyards. Maggie knew every nook and cranny of the area and was a hoot to boot! I highly recommend this tour!
