Must see in Nashville

I was worried about picking up the ticket but it was really easy. I went to the box office at 6pm, there was no queue and I was handed my ticket once I showed my Viator booking and ID. I had the Rhinestone seating which was fairly far from the stage but in my opinion was still a good view, especially with the big screens. Great variety of musical acts and a comedian, I loved it!

Sound could have been better for when MC was talking. Concessions WAY too expensive!!! Groups only sang 3 songs each. We would have liked for the main group to have had more time to sing.

Loved getting our tickets through Viator. One of the reasons is that if something unexpected happens there is the option to cancel. Our seats were good. The overall performance was great. It was another Viator deal that went great.

Wrong location

Viator sent us to the wrong location. By the time we got to the correct venue, we missed 30 minutes of the show. The box office staff said “not our problem, you bought 3rd party tickets”. Very disappointing. Buy direct.

These seats were pathetic. You could not have had a worse seat for the Grande Ole Opry unless you were standing outside in the rain. I would have been much better off to just purchase the tickets at ghe Box Office on the night of the show
