Highly recommended to understand why Nashville became what it is today

My wife and I had the chance to travel to Nashville the last week of October 2020 and were privileged to be able to take the Studio B tour. We visited on Thursday Oct 28. What was super memorable was that my uncle was Chip Young, who spent a lot of time in that studio. I never had the chance to see Studio B before, so it was super special to visit with my aunt (his widow) the day before and then visit Studio B. All that said, our tour guide was exceptional! Super knowledgeable and really knew her stuff (and I forgot her name, but she was a school teacher from DC). She knew right away who my uncle was! Just excellent tour and we highly recommend it to form a great understanding of just what put Nashville, as a recording mecca, on the map in the late 50s. We were then able to come back the next day and visit with the studio engineers and got to see our tour guide a second time. Do this tour! You won't regret it!

Skip the studio tour

The museum was worthwhile, but skip the studio tour. Not much to see there and the Sun Studio in Memphis is much better for memorabilia and stories.

We really enjoyed this tour. We took a small tour bus from the Country Music Hall of Fame to the RCA Studio B. We had the best tour guy, he was very knowledgeable about the area and location of the tour. We had plenty of time to take pictures at the location.
