Great value. We were sitting right next to other people from our cruise that paid almost double what we paid.
Tons of fun.

Super Experience. Facility was really nice, prices for food on Island were high but that was expected. Bring water shoes for Dolphin swim area for sure. Our ship located in the farthest docking point that day, LONG walk for Grandpa from the point where the ship was docked to ferry boarding location by Senior frogs. Our ferry boarding time was to be 10AM, we stepped off the ship at 9:25, we made it but the pace was a bit much for Papa. Suggest using satellite map of area to get familiar with the ferry boarding location as compared with the location of the ship ahead of your arrival.

The dolphin swim was fantastic! The guides are brilliant and clearly passionate about what they do. The animals also seem very happy too. You get to touch the dolphins, even dance with them too. After the swim there is opportunities to get a photograph with the animals. You are not allowed to take your own photographs, it has to be done by the resort. The photographs are expensive. We felt that with the price you are paying for the experience, the photographs could at least be included. It is a pricey Island, you are not allowed to bring any food or drink on it with you. The pools at the resort were not very clean, lots of things floating in the water. I would thoroughly recommend the dolphin experience and put the other parts aside as my wife and I were solely there for the dolphin swim.

We were told to meet our guide at 10:00 adjacent to Senor Frog. The gentleman who was there did not identify himself and we were not sure we were even in the right place. The boat showed up after 11:00 and we left for the island. Other than that, everything was great. It was disappointing not being able to take any of our own photographs. The photograph disc was pretty expensive at 75.00. We were not really interested in all the extra photos included on the disc.

Finding the actual tour was a tad tricky. The tour guide did not hold any signs so we just asked other people around the area. The island was very clean and pretty. The water was like pool water clear. I wish that they gave us something to play with the dolphins such as seaweed or a ball but the dolphins were pretty friendly and kept swimming around us. Overall great experience. I have done the dolphin encounter at Atlantis and this was much better.

If you have never been with a dolphin, this is a good experience. The dolphins are well trained and don't mind being touched. They perform beautiful tricks for the audience.
Now onto the dolphin well being... The dolphins showed obvious signs of confrontation with one another. They had bite marks all over their bodies, presumably from the other dolphins, there were cuts all over their bodies. The dolphins that were used for the kissing photos had awful markings on the tip of their rostrum beak. I can only imagine this is from being in contact with so many different chemicals on the human's mouths.

There were no photos allowed during the experience. They staff members took photos of the guests and charged 70 for a copy of the CD. This does not include video of the actual swim experience, only photos from the encounter portion. This was an obvious tourist trap.

The life jackets provided were absolutely disgusting. There were some newer looking jackets that were blue but the majority of the crowd had to use the moldy, falling apart yellow life jackets. I felt disgusted when wearing this jacket.

The staff members were kind and knowledgeable. The tender departure boards throughout the island listed different times that were off by 30 minutes. I would imagine that could mess up someone's return to the cruise ship.

The food was ridiculously expensive. There was a Starbucks on site, but the average 4 drink was 9 here. The salads were 14.
