I was greeted shortly after retrieving my luggage by a sign with my name and friendly Brazilian driver. Although he did not speak any English, a representative for the company that did, came out of the office and asked me if I had any questions or concerns. As I was dropped off at the hotel, the driver carried my luggage in and we went over the details of the return trip. I asked him to call my room in the morning to make sure I left with plenty of time to get to the airport. Sure enough, he did call the room, and thank God because i would have overslept had he not. I had a great experience and would highly recommend this service.

I am sorry to say that I booked a round trip airport to hotel car service through Viator and unfortunately, my two business travelers were stuck at the airport with no car at 2:20 am. I had confirmed the day before verbally on the telephone, but still no ride. I was embarrassed and my travelers were upset. Thankfully, there was a car to pick them up when they returned to the airport, but I was on the telephone three times that day to make sure the car arrived.
