This was very well worth the money...I was met by a well dressed guy at I left the plane and he was with me until he handed me over to the driver to take me to my delhi hotel,he insisted on carrying my carry on case.I had an issue with my e Visa in having the application but not the actual visa so he was able to request assistance in granting me the visa based on my application.It can be somewhat chaotic at Delhi airport so for not much money this service is priceless...

I highly recommend this service. Many people warned me about how bad Delhi airport is and beware of taxi drivers, so I decided to book the VIP service. It was great. I was met right outside the gate by an English speaking woman. She directed me to the proper lines and helped me fill out immigration forms. Then we were met at baggage claim by a man that helped with the luggage. The woman stayed with me until the driver arrived and took me to my hotel. This service was worth every penny I spent.

This is a more expensive option, but would definitely recommend if you're traveling to Delhi for the first time. I was greeted at the gate by a very nice lady who guided me to the correct visa line if you're traveling business class I would try to get a stamped visa if possible, seems to go the quickest. I walked all the way down to the last part of the hall since I had an e-visa. Then she and the luggage guy found my luggage for me while I waited in a 40 minute queue for cash exchange. The wait would have been much longer had she not guided me to the ladies line at the back of the kiosk. This situation is because of demonetization of 500 and 1000 INR. They were very patient with me throughout this process. Then they guided me to my driver, who took me to the hotel. If I had tried another option like pre-hiring a taxi, finding the taxi queue etc., I would have been lost. This service is very convenient.
