We left the tour early so I gave it...

We left the tour early so I gave it 2 stars in case it got better. The information was meh at best. The guide was awful and extremely scripted. If he got off track or asked a question, he had to start all over again at the beginning. There were way too many people 26 on our tour, so he spent most of his time asking people to either stay off the road or leave 3 feet of space behind us on the sidewalk with 26 people trying to hear him. I've always had good luck with Viator tours, but this is no good. Try to find a smaller group tour with a guide who has more experience.
Took our son and a friend for his birthday. The guide was entertaining but the speeches were canned and some of his jokes were a little too PG-13 for a family friendly tour. By the end I was ready for it to be over.
Our guide was very knowledgeable and informative. He had a pleasing personality and made the tour interesting and enjoyable. Booking and payment were easy and we encountered no problems. We highly recommend this tour and the use of Viator.
The guide is amazing! The information is awesome!! However, this is more of a history lesson than a ghost mystery tour. Learned alot about the area... but if you're looking to be scared or witness anything... this isn't the tour for you.
We were rather disappointed in this tour as we expected to be shown at least the outside of the particular building that the story was about. While the guide was very good and interesting in the story, he would point down the street to where the building was located. Also, the pub stop was after the 4th story and we had enough by then to actually leave the tour as the majority of time, we were standing in the heat. It may have been better to have a short stop after 3 or 4 of the stories and then carry on.
I really enjoyed the 5 in 1 tour. I want to give compliment to our tour guide Gabriel!! He was great. My only regret is I didn't get to thank him personally before the tour parted ways as I needed to take a phone call urgently towards the end. Thanks Gabriel!
