This was a beautiful tour in a beautiful area. What gorgeous houses! We saw the Mannings house, and Anne Rice's two houses.
There is so much interesting history there!

Loki, our tour guide, did a phenomenal job. He's native of New Orleans, dating back many generations. Thanks for showing us around!

Two chicks tours did a great job. Loki was our guide, and you can't do better than a local who grew up in the neighborhood being toured! We had a small group of 9 which also enhanced our tour for obvious reasons. We are very happy that we booked this tour through Viator.

The tour was great, and I would recommend it to a friend if they are going to be travelling to New Orleans. Richard, the tour guide, was excellent, he was very knowledgeable about the history of the houses and he also had a sense of humor, which made it more enjoyable. It was a lot of walking, but it was definitely worth it!

Wonderful tour guide! So friendly and knowledgeable!! Loved the small tour group. Be careful if you park your car in the area. We were 5 minutes past the two hour time limit and got a ticket.

Our guide was excellent. I would highly recommend this walking tour. The information and knowledge we learned was wonderful, specific, and interesting. Our group was small and casual so we could ask lots of questions. If you are interested in learning the history of the garden district, do this tour

Our tour guide was very knowledgeable about everything and we really enjoyed her. She kept the theme music running and was very passionate about the history of the town. What we didn't enjoy so much was the HEAT. It was 3 hours of walking at 1:00 pm in the dead heat. That's Louisiana though, so be prepared. She does guide you to a cute coffee shop and library that has AC and drinks. -
