Meet in the French Quarter, where you'll board the motor coach to start your New Orleans express tour. Listen to on-board commentary as you pass by landmarks such as the Mercedes-Benz Superdome, home to the New Orleans Saints football team.
Continue through the Carrollton neighborhood to see Xavier University of Louisiana, the only historically black Catholic university in the U.S., and then follow the route of the St. Charles Streetcar—operating since the 1830s—and head into the Garden District to admire its stately mansions, some home to former Mardi Gras kings and queens. You'll also pass by the campuses of Tulane University and Loyola University, located across St. Charles Avenue from Audubon Park, home to the Audubon Zoo.
Next, head through the trendy Warehouse District (aka Arts District), where the National World War II Museum is located, and cross the city's Central Business District before returning to the French Quarter, where your 1-hour-15-minute tour ends. Please note, no stops are made on the tour.
