What a fantastic treat this was. I was so excited about the trip before I arrived and it lived up to my high expectations. Had an awesome experience and Chicqui was a fantastic demonstrator. Am now planning my own Loiusanna dinner party serving what I witnessed being made.
Awesome! Awesome! Awesome! The staff was fantastic. The setting was beautiful and the Chef was unbelievable. I learned so much. And the food.. Yum! Will definitely be back next year. If you get the chance, do this while you are in New Orleans.

Chiqui, the chef, was informative and delightful, the meal was fabulous, the rest of the staff couldn't have been more friendly or accommodating, and the wine poured freely...would highly recommend this to anyone who wants a true taste of the Crescent City!!!
Our Chef, Chiquie Collier, was absolutely wonderful and entertaining. Our large group of family members always thought we had the BEST recipe for Barbque Shrimp, and wow, were we wrong! Hers are the best we've ever tasted. The whole meal was one of our best dining experiences in New Orleans, and all of the tips and tricks she showed us were amazing. We'll talk about this experience for a long time!

This was absolutely wonderful! The chef was very informative and the meal was absolutely delicious! I learned a new way to make bread pudding the one we had for dessert was even better than my mother's and that is saying something! and the best way to make a caramel sauce. The chef was willing to answer any and all questions, including recommendations for places to eat. Seriously, the meal was even better than the one we had at T Commander's Palace - book this tour!

Was very surprised to discover Chef Frank Brightsen as our teaching and cooking chef. The Chef learned under Paul Prudhomme and owns one of the best reviewed restaurants in New Orleans (Brightsen's). He was outstanding and the meal was the best we had in a full week of visiting the top 10 restaurants in New Orleans. Great value with free flowing wine, small group interaction and conversation, and excellent multi course meal consisting of stuffed oysters, duck breast with cherry sauce, dirty rice, and a pumpkin pecan pie that has gone to the top of our holiday baking list!
Chef was excelent, very nice setting, wone selection was disappoinyi. Enjoyed the evening.
