Absolutely gob smacked with the information and the understanding of Alligators and the swamps, our guide was so good, and knowledgeable, and also so respectable to the alligators and their existence... We saw so many gators it was an awesome day..
So-called the Slow Boat tour. Boat is covered so you are protected from too much sun or rain. The guide was very friendly. We got to feed the gators marshmallows from a stick. Our guide even had a surprise rescue baby gator that we got to hold. The Airboats that passed us by were very noisy and ruined an opportunity to see a twelve footer up close but other than that I highly recommend this tour.

Great fun! We went in the morning and it was very pleasant. Learned a lot about the history of the bayou and the swamp. Bonus, we got to hold a baby alligator!
The boat ride was fantastic and beyond our expectation. The captain Anson is very knowledgeable and passionate about his swamp. The alligator feeding is very exciting and fun. More, comparing with the airboat, this ride is quieter and more comfortable and you can walk around the deck.
Loved it! Really wish that the family came along though. But I had fun on my own.
A great experience and the captain was able to find alligators of all sizes without much trouble. The scenery was great and the whole trip well organised and very enjoyable.
Great tour. Saw tons of gators. Captain Anson was awesome! Kids loved it, adults loved it. Highly recommend.
Excellent tour. Got to see lots of alligators and wildlife and the best part - getting to hold a baby alligator.
Enjoyed the bust ride there and back. It was nice not having to figure out where we were going. It was easy getting our tickets from the registration information. The boat ride was great and very comfortable. Our guide was very informative and friendly. I would recommend this trip and company.
This was our favorite thing that we did at New Orleans. We actually did two different swamp tours because we enjoyed it so much.
The tour guide was great! We saw many alligators got to feed them marshmallows. Highlight was getting to hold the guides pet alligator... Loved it!!!
Lots of fun and informative - a great day trip. It was definitely a world away from Bourbon Street and a very nice diversion.
Got a chance to learn more about alligators and also a chance to feed and hold them. Our guide was very knowledgeable and entertaining. Cruising through the swamps and bayous allowed for amazing scenery.
We really enjoyed this adventure. We learned a lot and were entertained by the guide, who was so knowledgeable. I would recommend this tour to anyone wanting an adventuresome and entertaining time. I even got to hold a baby alligator
This was a really great tour especially on the Fourth of July .w.hat better way to spend the holiday, I forgot our tour guides name but he was really good. The boat is great for the covering. I'm sorry y'all but those airboats with no covering..the Louisiana sun is just too hot for that so I'm glad I chose this type instead. Also this boat was quiet in comparison to those airboats. One went flying past us and it was extremely loud. We got to see e bayou that the princess and the frog was drawn from, we got to feed the alligators, hold a baby one and there was nice breeze. Guide also told us about some of the birds and plant life we saw..again great tour. I would definitely do this again when back in Louisiana
favourite tour of my Holiday! Captain Anson (I think how it and #39;s spelt) was a fantastic, very knowledgeable and great fun. I would recommend this tour as you can move around the boat and he even slowed down and stopped for us to see better. also met T-Bone and Bob! The 14ft croc. Put on your to do list
This tour was great!! The guide was excellent. Loved holding the baby alligator.
We had SO much fun on our bayou tour. We couldn and #39;t have asked for a better tour guide. Anson was knowledgable and fun. Exactly what we were looking for!
