Very tasteful and respectful . Could easily have spent all day . Attended a very interesting lecture on 911 steel in Afghanistan
We have just arrived back home from a wonderful trip to NYC. A highlight was the 911 Memorial Museum and Ground Zero. Absolutely essential to take in. Do be sure that you bring photo id with you so that you can access the audio tour for an additional 7 from the admission price. We didn't do that, and it might have been nice to have some audio in a few spots however, the museum is certainly self-guiding if you want to do it just on your own. Having front of the line tickets saved us quite a wait in a big line-up on a very busy Sunday afternoon.
The 911 Memorial is very well done and is a very emotional experience
Buying this ticket in advance saves time and makes entry easier. There is an app available to guide you through the museum. Just remember your earbuds. The exhibits were poignant and very moving. You can easily spend 3-4 hours here if you go through each section, so plan ahead. Well worth it!
You can't miss this museum. Plan on spending some time there but worth every minutes. Somber and well done.
This was a very moving experience. It is something everyone should do, more than once.
This was a really great museum experience. This was our second time visiting and still found it very moving and emotional. I would probably start at the end first as those are where the actual events of the day unfold.
Saved the long lines, immediate entrance at the selected time. Download the tour app, wonderful.
Take the guided tour, excellent presentation and tone take by the guide.
This was a very somber experience. A lot of information and details that brought you back to that horrible day. But I think it is something everyone should see.
Enjoyed this tour well worth it the Viator tickets are very handy and saves you time in the lines need about 1.5 to 2 hrs to take alll in its very large inside

This exhibit was truly a moving experience that everyone in NYC should see. The museum exhibit and memorial at Ground Zero are great demonstrations of art that provide us with an opportunity to understand the event and honor the heroes that emerged from this tragic day in history. I highly recommend allowing yourself enough time to get the full experience and booking tickets in advance as it made it very convenient to enter the museum swiftly.
Memorable and emotional experience that you should not miss when visiting New York
Very moving exhibit. The staff was very helpful with the assistance of a wheelchair for one member of our party, and they were very informative about the exhibits.
We visited this as a family of three with a 16 year old. We were truly touched by the tasteful way in which everything was presented. It certainly evoked vivid memories of that terrible day. We left very humbled by our experience and were so glad that we took the opportunity to visit such a special memorial. Heather Devi

A visit to the 9/11 Memorial Museum is a required opportunity to pay respect to all who died on that fateful day. The museum well represented what occurred during the tragic day which will remain in anyone's memory who experienced the pain of this event. It really made me sad and appreciate what the United States of America stands for.....liberty....justice....and the American way. A must see to pay homage and to never forget.
This tour is steeped in emotion. Tissues are strategically placed around the site and I now know why. Everything is tastefully done and I want to inform people that this isnt a shrine......... this is a place where they highlight the tragic events of 9/11. The memorabilia, the videos , the stories, the photos, the victim list, the events all add up to a fantastic tour. We stayed 4 hours there and I personally could have stayed longer. We bought tickets on line via viator and this is to be recommended as there is no waiting around. Security checks are standard and please ensure to download the 9/11 tour app before going and bring your earphones.... I didnt do this so i rented my audio tour for 7 dollars..... it wasnt the money, it was the long long long Q to hire that delayed us. There is wifi there but the app is so big that it takes a while to download while there. recommend this tour 100
Skipped the line! Saved 1 hour plus.. Thanks Viator. I will be back! The museum is very well planned and laid out.
Ann outstanding privilege to be able to visit this Museum, for all those that so heroically lost their precious lives.
The exhibits and stories were very well done - fantastic blend of history/factual and emotional narrative. This was well worth the nominal cost!
The 9/11 memorial was soooo worth it. God Bless all those who perished in NYC that day.
