The only advantage to this admissions voucher is that you can avoid lines. Since we traveled at a day and time when there were no lines, it was not particularly advantageous to have the voucher, but there was no downside to having it. If I were to visit the memorial on a weekend or any day during the summer, I would highly recommend having it.
This memorial is respectfully done and very moving. We were very moved by the mementos that the families have selflessly donated for exhibit. Our nation was forever changed by this event. But, together we can honor those that were lost on during those tragedies. Thank you to the staff for your friendly service.
Visiting the 9/11 Memorial Museum was the highlight of my trip to New York, it was informative , extremely well presented and of course emotional. If you don't do anything else in New York do this!.
Expect to spend at least 2-3 hours to take in the sights at the 911 Museum. We paid the 24.00 adult admission charge prior to arrival through Viator. We were able to select our arrival time prior and print out our tickets before arriving. Get there a bit early to take in the sites of the waterfalls outside. Very touching site. We also downloaded the App for audio before we arrived. Bring your earbuds. You will need to go through airport type screening when you arrive. It is a very quiet respectful place. Make sure you visit this solemn place respectfully. There are staff members in different areas who are knowledgeable of the Museum and very helpful. The entrance to the Museum is near the water pools. You can purchase tickets there when you arrive but it is speedier if you have in hand I'm sure. The Museum is very extensive. You will be walking or standing most of the time but there are benches and bathrooms on site. There is also a small cafeteria on an upper floor. I was somewhat disappointed to see a Museum Store on such a dignified spot. I was more encouraged to see that all proceeds go to survivors though. The Museum was very well presented. It is a must see for anyone who is young or old.
Super informative, appropriately solemn -- a warm and heart-felt tribute to those who lost their lives all around the country on 9/11.
Moving experience that documents the history and timeline pre and post 9/11.
Well worth the wait 20 min in line on busy holiday day. Museum was worth it and the memorial is breathtaking, not to mention the fantastic shopping, which we didn't expect! The fountains are amazing. Go see it!

One of the best tours I have ever done. So respectful and tasteful. Such a beautiful place to reflect and pay homage to so many who were killed.
The 9/11 Memorial was very emotional. I feel everyone should go and learn about that day from all aspects of lives.
Great museum. Captures everything from that horrific day. I learned things I didn't even know about that day. And it was so nice to see tributes and highlights of the brave people who helped. I was with my 12 and 10 year old. We used the app for the kids tour. Very well done!
The museum and memorial is incredibly moving, a beautiful tribute to all that were lost. This was at the top of our must see list on our recent visit. The voucher was easy to use, we just showed up at our designated time, waited in a short line to go through security and we were admitted. Once inside we chose the self guided tour with headphones and spent about 3 1/2 hours going through the exhibits. Highly recommend!
Excellent, amazing, it worth every dollar. Every one should and specially if they have kids. This part of history should never be foget. The displays, the staff, the montage were incredible. We are glad we visit. Thank you.
This was very moving and the silence was incredibly people were just taking in the sheer horror of what happened. Well worth a visit.
The museum really tells the story of that dark day and the days that followed. The collection of artifacts, small and large, is very impressive. be sure to spend the extra dollars to take the 1 hour guided tour. it was well worth it.
What a wonderful experience this was! No lines, just walked right in. The museum was incredible and moving. Make sure to bring your headphones, if not they have some there for you. We chose to do it on our own without a guide to move a little quicker through it. It still takes at least 1.5 hrs and that's without reading everything. I thought it was so well put together, very classy.
Very well organised. Staff amazing! One lady was helping customers with the app for phones she was assisting about four people at once and extremely helpful and friendly. There is a very somber atmosphere as you would expect but I felt it was a respectable way to remember everyone who lost their lives that terrible day. Not to be missed.
