Our tour guide Peter was excellent he gave us lots of information in a respectful manner with a touch of humour. We were in New York for one day and this was the only tour we did and I can highly recommend it. We had a drink at the top of the tower with amazing views over the Big Apple

Allison was a great guide. Very informative. It was a moving experience. The view from One World Observatory was incredible. I ate lunch at the restaurant, which was delicious, and enjoyed the view tremendously.
We had a terrific guide on this trip - he really knew the history and area. Very moving to see this in person and if you had been in the original buildings sometime before 9/11 there was an eerie feeling to see this place again. Recommend the zone World Observatory as you do get to jump the line - it is a long line - and get right into the elevator to 5he top. Great views of the city on our visit, well worth seeing. - we had lunch there - not great food but you get a private restroom that the masses are not get g.
Despite the appalling weather that day, we had a blizzard, the tour was excellant and the guide full of interesting but not boring information. The trip up the One world observatory was rearranged due to the weather but when we did go we observed sunset over New York amazing
The tour guide was great and knew so much about 9/11. It was fascinating and emotional to hear his story and stories from others about the day. I don't think there is anyone from my generation who doesn't remember where they were when 9/11 happened. I would recommend this tour to anyone visiting NYC.
Daniel is an excellent guide — passionate, articulate, knowledgeable, and engaging. Even though we were freezing, he was able to keep our interest and attention. No small feat.
The tour was full of facts, anecdotes, and information relative to the 9/11 event around the area. Insights into the planning of the tower, its architecture, and the thought and planning that went into the area next to the tower including the pools and the oculus were a must for anyone visiting this sight. Without this tour much would be overlooked. This tour was well worth the money. The tour guide was great. One of the better tours that my wife and I have taken with Viator.
Very though provoking tour with very knowledgable guides. Highly recommended
You have to do this tour. Needs no comments as you know what it is about.
One World is amazing and go to the bar for a cocktail 106 floors up ! Only drink higher is an aeroplane!
It was great, we really liked the tour guide. While the entrance to the Observatory was not priority, it wasn't necessary, It is one straight elevator to the top and it was pretty smooth. The memorial pools is a must see, both impressive and touching.
Wow! Our guide, Fred, is a wealth of information on this sad and tragic event in the life of the great United Sees of America. This tour covers Ground Zero effectively and one wishes for more time to explore and discuss. The One World Observatory is also worth a visit as you can spend a lot of time trying to identify the landscape. There is an ongoing lecture in one part of the Observatory about NYC and its environs. All in all a great tour.
Every aspect of the building of this memorial has significance. We got way more out of the site from our knowledgable tour guide that we would have on our own. She was very friendly and accommodating as well.

Amy was our guild for this trip and she was lovely full of interesting and moving information bringing a tear to my eyes every time we stopped. I never expected this trip to be fun but it is a must if you go to New York. Amy told us things we never even would of known walking around on our own. The chapel was moving, the fire station made me cry, and all the names of the people that dead on that terrible day was so sad. I went to ground zero the year after 911 when there were just wholes in the ground. New York have respectablely brought this area to life again. Thank you Amy for the tour and thank you for your interesting stories of that terrible day.
Tour guide Tauren was great, very knowledgeable. The One World Observatory was amazing.
Tour was wonderful. Our tour guide, Tony, had first hand knowledge to share as he was actually there on 9/11/2001.
It poured rain and we were drenched through our raincoats, but it hardly spoiled the experience really wished for a better day. But the beauty and solemntiy of the site was not changed.

An unforgettable experience with a guide who had a personal connection to New York City on 9/11.
Excellent guide very informative tour new perspective on 9/11 and the ground zero.
Amazing view from the One World Observatory
This tour was very informative. Our guide took us around to the buildings surrounding the memorial and ended at the 9/11 memorial.
He included his personal account of what happened that day and also some stories about how people responded to the incident.
It was very moving and educational.
