Sandra_H, Aug 2022

Downtown bus was good....
Mirlene_P, Aug 2022
Downtown bus was good. Uptown was terrible. We had to get off twice to change uptown buses for malfunction. We finally have up on the 3rd try. HORRIBLE!!!
Big Bus Tour
Anne_T, Aug 2022
I really appreciated learning more about the human stories around the various parts on the city. I appreciated knowing that “bad areas” could be transformed.
Great seeing all the...
Brad_W, Aug 2022
Great seeing all the sights and hearing about different areas with the earphones. Driver was very nice but continually pushed for tips. I think most people would have done this anyway
Hate the new audio track
SHAUNA_C, Aug 2022
I hate the new prerecorded info track. It doesn't do nearly as good as the live people and doesn't explain all you are seeing. I felt like I had to fill in the people around me because they had never been and I remembered things my tour guide had pointed out the last time I had taken the Big Red Bus. It Titanic Port and battery park and the bull on wall street. So much was just music and trivia questions not enough information or where movies were filmed.... I miss the old version of hop on hop off. 😪
New York Bustle
Christie_S, Aug 2022
The day we went, it was very crowded, had to wait for a bus with room for our party. I think the concept is great and had it not been such a busy day maybe would have been a better experience. I guess it was the true busy New York experience.
Nice ride
Latashia_K, Aug 2022
Being able to get around and site see on this bus was amazing. All the walking was a lot but this bus helped us a lot. Thanks again
Wished there was more knowledge of what was going on during the route and less music.
Shannon_W, Jul 2022
Ofcourse because of traffic and waiting in a long line it was ok. I wished there were more routes and further around. Just to see more. We had 3 days and I would have loved to have done 3 different tours to get all of new york in

It was a great experience, but rude and aggressive service and salespeople. Overall I would give ***, still will be recommended to friends.
Great Day around the Big Apple
Esztella_K, Jul 2022
I have seen mixed reviews about this trip so I was a bit sceptical about it. But I have to say that it was amazing. I loved every minute of it. I will use the company again for sure.
Good way to see NYC.
Jennifer_L, Jul 2022
A good way to see some of the highlights of NYC. It was difficult finding a pick up location and the bottom portion of the bus was HOT!

Getting to see everything you need to without driving. Start early to make the most of the time. Download the app to see the buses running in real time.

Feel the city
Thomas_L, Jul 2022
Trying to get the audio to work. Wait time was short. Driver was courteous and professional. Liked the bookstores in SOHO
Miserable sweatboxes
Erik_J, Jul 2022
Very disappointed. There was no guide explaining or saying anything just earpods to a pitiful recording that was mostly music with occasional brief narrative. The busses were sweltering hot, not one of them had air conditioning or even fans downstairs. Just miserable sweatboxes. After doing these same bus tours in Philly and DC which were wonderful, we were extremely displeased with the one in NYC. Don’t waste your money. You can walk or uber or use subway in new york much cheaper and more comfortably.

Help me out here.
Charles_J, Jul 2022
I am having a bad experience. I am in NYC and had a one day reservation for july 10th. A red line/blue line your. They didn’t offer the blue line tour yesterday. Because of our schedule, we can’t go on the blue line portion of our tour until Thursday but they won’t allow us to do the blue line portion any other day than today.
