I have done double decker hop on and hop off tours before that were amazing with live guides. This one has an audio recording that I found to be kitschy and not as great. We were there on a rainy day, which can’t be helped by the company however the bus leaked and was dripping water everywhere

Bus was too crowded. Had to wait for more than 45 minutes in cold had to miss multiple buses due to this. Ended up canceling the trip

I was told to present my ticket on my phone to the driver; when a person wanted to scan my ticket on the street I was suspicious of being scammed! I was looking for a Viator bus - no one said I should take the Big Bus!!! For a tourist destination, you did not make it clear how to use the system!!! It was freezing in NYC on Saturday!!!

Stuck in traffic. The audio didn’t match the location. We went too fast past some. For example the map said Statue of Liberty but the glimpse was so brief and no mention on audio. Really not good value for money

We stood at 4 stops, tried to hop on a total od 6 times, and never once got on a bus. Each time we were told "next bus". We ended up ubering everywhere. After the 3 time trying to get on, I wanted to cancel but was told I didn't do it before 24 hours so no refund whatsoever. Almost $700 (8 people) down the drain. Not one ticket used!
