Traveler Tips

The New York city Harbor Lights cruise is a must!!
The time waiting to board the cruise is terribly long though, and better go early to secure good open seats.
Mae sure you take medium thick jacket since it gets very cold once the sun goes down.

Such a great view and even though it rained in the morning, we got an amazing sunset! The narration was wonderful was funny too.
Great time on the water
Bernard_W, Jun 2022
Our second time touring your ship we bought another couple to experience the cruise and they had a wonderful time just as we did
Still Free
Giselle_J, Jun 2022
Standing in the front of the boat, looking at the newly built twin towers and the Statue of Liberty. It reminds me of no matter what this country has gone through we are still free and the Statue of Liberty is still standing. The tour guide was very knowledgeable and funny at times. Great trip.
Great night on the Hudson
Susan_J, Jun 2022
Great experience. Perfect night for the cruise. Very moving when we approached the Statue of Liberty. I would give 5 stars but unless you were seated indoors it was impossible to hear what the tour guide was saying. Outdoor speakers need to be upgraded.
Spectacular sights, not to be missed

We had a great time on the Sunset Harbor Cruise. We got some spectacular photos of the city and the Statue of Liberty. We made sure to arrive early to get good seats and brought a light jacket/sweater because it gets a little chilly. Wonderful family time. David, our guide was funny and knowledgeable. Restrooms were clean and the rest of the crew was friendly.

It was a cloudy day but the sun came out a little bit to provide amazing views of Manhattan and Brooklyn.
Great tour, great staff, good price
Yan_M, Jun 2022

Night cruise on the Hudson
Vacation, Jun 2022
Andy was fantastic!!! He was very knowledgeable on all the landmarks and his integration of how he helped on 9/11 and what transpired that day was very touching. The cruise itself was beautiful and we enjoyed it immediately!!! Would highly recommend to anybody.
Great trip but bring your own drinks, the service is appalling
Amanda_M, Jun 2022
The sunset cruise was fabulous especially as we were treated to a stunning sunset behind the Statue of Liberty. However the whole thing was marred by the awful service at the food & drink bars. On the upstairs bar only one server meaning a 40 minute queue & despite there being 3 of us we were only ‘allowed’ one cup between us as they didn’t have enough for everyone. How hard can it be to get this stuff right when you cruise 3 times every day & know exactly how many passengers there will be on board?
Highly recommend
Brenden_M, Jun 2022
Awesome cruise, only thing I would change is start it @ 7:30 & end around 9:30 so u could really see city lit up!
Amazing experience
Diana_C, Jun 2022
It was very nice, my boyfriend and I loved it. We will be going there again with more people next time.
Great way to end the week in New York City
Michelle_K, Jun 2022
Very relaxing, fun, and informative cruise. All staff were friendly. Angel was exceptionally patient with unexpected challenges with drink dispenser and credit card system. He kept a smile and good attitude while moving the line efficiently. Joel was a knowledgeable and fun tour narrator.
See entire Manhattan.
Babor_H, Jun 2022
It was an amazing trip specially the service and amenities. My family and I enjoyed it the trip. There is an onboard shop and cafeteria. Inside and outside sitting was available. Please arrive 30 to 40 before the trip. Quick and smooth check in process.
Silent Night
Cindy_B, Jun 2022
The sound system was awful. We could only hear a small portion of what was being said. The sights were beautiful but we didn’t know what we were seeing
An NYC must!
teri_m, Jun 2022

New York at Night
Clarise_T, Jun 2022
We missed this tour because of transportation and being scammed by another company. But people were excited when they returned and said the customer service was great.
Great views of New York
Austin_H, Jun 2022
Must get there early to snag a seat on top. If you are standing around by the bar area on top to look at the skyline or trying to find a seat, the tour guide will scold you via the microphone and direct you downstairs where you can’t hear him, barely see anything, and settle for a more mediocre experience. Outside of the boat, the skyline was amazing, the tour path was well thought out, and we got to see some incredible sights when we could.
Close up Statue of...
Marie_K, Jun 2022
Close up Statue of Liberty with amazing with all the beautiful colors of the sunset as the backdrop. We stood outside at the front of the boat. Best spot ever
