Visiting at sunset is the best time to go in the summer. very convenient to beat the queues. However your website is not clear when booking "beat the queue and access to 102 floor" - I thought that's what I had booked but turns out it was only fast track and tickets to 102 floor were sold out when we got there.

Booked the 6.30pm slot on a Tuesday and it was very quiet which made for a really good experience as we didn’t have to really queue for the lifts and could easily find places to stand on floor 86. Fantastic views from the top
