All was great but the bus tour. They didn't give out headphones so you had no idea what was going on and couldn't hear the guide at all.

Empire State Building Good although need to pick less popular time to go up as very busy with not much space on 86th Floor.
Boat Trip was great and get fantastic views of NYC skyline. Excellent info given on boat.
Met Art Museum, very good but allow for enough time to see everything.
Hop-on / Hop-off Bus waste of time - end up sitting traffic most of time.

First of all information on the website is not correct. According to the descriptions kids of 5 and under are considered as infants and passes for them are free. It worked for me so Ive bought these passes for my family 2 adults 2 infants. However when I tried to redeem the tickets at Empire State Building ticket office they refused to issue the tickets for kids and said that admission for kids 5 and under is free everywhere so well be fine. We visited Empire State Building successfully but then when we tried to get on City Sights bus they refused to admit kids and asked to pay for them as according to their rules only kids under 3 are considered as infants. The same story with Circle Line all 3 kids are not considered as infants.

Also redeeming of this pass is not convenient. You have to go to the exact ticket offices and stand in the long lines to redeem the vouchers for bus and cruise I suppose it'll be VERY long lines in summer. And in regards to the cruise you can't book and secure your trip online.

Uptown bus tour doesn't worth its money even with the pass. Places of interest are sparse and subway accessible so hop-on/hop-off idea not so attractive here.
