NYC at Night Bus Tour

Times Square is one of the world's most visited attractions, hosting over 39 million visitors annually

Discover the magical atmosphere of New York’s most iconic landmarks lit up after dark during this 4-hour combined walking, boat and bus excursion. There’s no better way to get a sense for the 24-hour energy of this fast-paced world capital than by seeing its most famous sights illuminated at night.
Begin your trip in Midtown Manhattan in the evening, boarding your coach bus and meeting your guide. Make your way by bus to your first stopping point, the city’s beautiful new High Line Park. Learn about the origins of this incredible addition to New York’s green space from your guide, discovering its former role as a freight railway that was abandoned for decades before being transformed into the 1.5-mile (2.4-kilometer) urban oasis you see today. Join your guide on a quick 15-minute stroll, offering a chance to admire its cutting-edge design, landscape of local plants, open green spaces and public art.
Leave the High Line behind as you proceed by coach to the South Street Seaport for a 1-hour cruise, taking in waterfront views of some of New York’s most famous sights. Enjoy a complimentary glass of bubbly or apple cider (more drinks are available for purchase at the bar) as you admire incredible views of the Brooklyn Bridge, Governor’s Island, the Statue of Liberty and the city’s dazzling skyline beyond.
Return to shore for a 2.5-hour sightseeing trip through the glowing nighttime streets of Lower Manhattan and Midtown. Explore famous upscale areas like SoHo, Tribeca and Greenwich Village, pass by the iconic Washington Square Park and see other Big Apple attractions like Rockefeller Center and the Empire State Building, listening as your guide shares details about the city’s history, celebrity residents and key landmarks. You’ll eventually reach the beautiful Grand Central Terminal, where you’ll hop off to spend 20-minutes wandering inside this incredible historic gem and admire the nearby Chrysler Building.
Finish your trip in Times Square, where you can continue the fun or head to your next destination.
Please note: Effective January 3rd, 2017 the evening cruise is not included. Instead, the bus will stop at Fulton Ferry Landing for photo opp's of the Brooklyn Bridge and NYC skyline.

An absolutely terrific tour. A great combination of sites by bus and then the Statue of Liberty and Manhattan skyline by boat. I would recommend not eating before, as the first stop is the Chelsea Market, where there are lots of very good eats! J. - our tour guide has been doing this for many years and is an absolute pro. His knowledge of the city is unsurpassed. The tour lasted for almost 5 hours and kept my 13 year old entertained throughout.

This was the best tour of all! Our guide was very knowledgeable about NYC. She had a lot of anecdotal stories and they were informative on how to navigate the city better and where to go. The view of Lady Liberty blew my wife away! We even got a chance to tour Grand Central Station and the Highline, which I had forgotten was part of the itinerary and originally thought that I wouldn't have enough time to see on my own. This tour is a must when in New York City.

We would give this a 5 star rating. It was by far the best tour we had on our two-week cruise. The other tours we bought through the cruise line. Some we good - even very good - but none compared with yours. Taylor was knowledgeable, smart, enthusiastic, and well disciplined regarding all the timing necessary to make the tour a success. I will definitely look everywhere I go to see if there is a Viator tour to take. I'm sure not everyone could be as good as Taylor, but she sure sold Viator and New York to us.

Fantastic tour - we really enjoyed it. Tyler, our tour guide and Floyd our driver, were both so friendly. Tyler was extremely knowledgeable and gave many tips for our stay in NYC which we would not otherwise have been aware of. Could not recommend it enough - EXCELLENT!

We saw so many things and our tour guide J. was the best. He gave a lot of great tips about where to go and where to eat. Try to do this tour early in your visit to NYC because there are alot of places you will want to revisit on your own.

A special thanks to tour guide J. and the bus driver. We were doing this tour with my elderly father who has back and mobility problems. They were so patient and kind throughout the tour and helped make this a memorable night. I felt like J. was an angel!

Tyler was a fabulous guide with insights to New York which were invaluable. The tour was small enough to allow us to have all our questions answered. Tyler kept track of us while on the cruise and took a fabulous photo of our group of three so thanks to her. Would highly recommend

The tour guide was very enthusiastic and knowledgeable and it made a great quick way of getting to know New York. The highlight had to be seeing the Statue of Liberty at night on the cruise, but there was so much more - the Highline Park, Grand Central - there were so many great things!

We liked the big screen in the front of the coach very much, it made it more possible to see what was going on, although I think that the suspension of the minibus needs fixing, in part, it was a VERY bumpy ride! Bottled water was included which was a very nice touch.
