Great views - Lots of walking

The tour was in a small van instead of the glass top bus but it was fine. Lots of great information on the tour. Got to see some different areas of the city. Be prepared for a LOT of walking. I was hoping this would be more relaxing than it was since it was the end of a busy New York day but it’s a good tour. Beautiful views of the bridges at night. Other than some real confusion about our tickets to Top of the Rock which eventually got straightened out - the views were excellent. My favorite part was the Little Island park. Had it not been our last day here I would go back there and enjoy some time in the park.

Amazing night in NYC!

Our tour with ‘postcard Tim’ was absolutely amazing! He was extremely knowledgeable and had so much great info/history to share about the city. We were only in NYC for one evening, on a stop over from Ottawa to Mexico, and this tour was the perfect way to see all the hot spots in a condensed time frame. Due to the amount of people in Times Square (being Dec. 30th) Tim changed up the stops so we would not be caught up in traffic. In doing this we had the opportunity to stop and walk around Grand Central Terminal, which was one of the many highlights. Thanks Tim!!

Unfortunately this was the only part of our New York experience which we found disappointing. Lyonel (we were told it was spelt with a ‘y’) was our “tour guide”, and had poor knowledge of the areas visited bar recommending numerous food outlets whilst failing to know his left or right when pointing out locations.
We passed many buildings of interest which were not commented on. Instead Lyonel pointed out hospitals and their attached accommodation blocks.

We were very “extra “ as we missed a train and had to join the tour late. Then, one of my sons had a blood sugar issue so we had to leave a bit early.
The guide and driver we so knowledgeable and helpful!
I’d go again. Do remember though that the tour is long. Be prepared for that and plan meals for before or after.

Great tour - and guide - but the driver was not for the fainthearted. Rushing around and trying to finish early; made for an unpleasant journey at times and we missed some of the sights completely.

This tour was exceptional for an avid historian who loves history. Make sure to wear comfortable clothes and shoes for walks with outdoor wear for those winter months..it’s freezing 🥶 Rachel our tour guide was very knowledgeable entertaining and helpful 👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾

Best Night NYC Tour

We did the glass top bus on a cold winter night and it was the best option for us. Our tour guide was Tim or postcard Tim as he is affectionately known. Hands down best NYC tour day or night I’ve been on. Tim was knowledgeable and super friendly. I highly highly recommend this tour!
