We apologize that you feel that the experience was a "sham and useless experience." Please keep in mind that you booked online which means that you are responsible to read what you are booking. You purchased your tickets on August 21 at 9:40am and your flight was not scheduled until August 23 at 5pm which means you had more than 48 hours to read your tickets and prepare yourself to arrive on time. The website and your tickets clearly state that you must arrive arrive 45 minutes prior to flight time to avoid any late fees which we also list the exact cost of the late fees so there are no surprises. Your flight was scheduled to depart at 5pm with a 4:15pm check in and you did not arrive until 5pm exactly. The woman at the front desk was not rude by doing her job, you came in late and paid the late fee. Our front desk is under 24/7 video and voice monitoring so we are aware of all interactions. While your safety briefing may have taken 2 minutes our front desk takes longer as we need to calculate all weights of passengers with fuel on board and the fuel it will take to do your flight thats why you need to arrive 45 minutes in advance so we can fuel accordingly and complete our tasks without any delays. The building also charges us for being on the ground more than 15 minutes, which we were waiting for you to arrive. The website and tickets also state that the $50.00 per person heliport fee is not included and must be paid on site. We can only assume that customers read all the information we supply and cannot be held responsible if you did not. All headsets in the helicopter were working perfectly fine as they are checked in-between flights and not 1 passenger has had an issue with them not working. The photos are taken by our ramp agents as the building does not provided photographers. Prior to purchasing the pictures you can click on the smiley face to clearly see the faces in your photos, they are watermarked to prevent customers from taking the photos without payment. You can decide at that point if you want to purchase them or not, you were not under any obligation to purchase the pictures if you did not want them or felt they were not up to your quality standards. We fulfilled our duties of safely completing your tour but its important that for the future you read what your buying and do not not arrive late so that you don't feel that the experience was a "sham and useless."
