This was amazing, the views were exceptional. Although the renting of the iPad was 15 to view what all the surrounding buildings were it was well worth it! Such a humbling experience and a beautiful building, such a fitting tribute.I would highly recommend this.

Outstanding experience, the entire visit was very well organized. I'm terrified of heights but, really wanted to visit. It wasn't bad. The elevator ride up was 47 seconds but, once you get up to the 102nd floor I didn't find it frightening. They did a great job with the design. Really fantastic!

Don't buy the skip the line ticket. It wasn't crowded during the winter. But the restaurant and views were awesome!!!

We bought the tickets on line prior to our trip. On arrival we quickly proceeded to the viewing decks with no waiting. It was a clear day and we arrived late afternoon and saw the sun set. We then saw the city basked in neon at night. A great afternoon out. If you have the time this is well worth the money.

My older brother and I we are senior citizens visited NYC in Oct of 2016 and we found it quite a wonderful and exciting city. This was his first visit and we had an incredible time, seeing and doing as many of the city's highlights as we could in 3 days. The One World Observatory was such a moving and special exhibit. Seeing the fountain wall with all the names of the 911 victims before we went inside was such an emotional and heartfelt experience. Seeing beautiful white roses among the names, honoring their birthdays was so moving. Once inside this magnificent building, the 360 degree views of New York and the harbors was life changing. Truly a bucket list experience and one I would highly recommend. The crowds are manageable and the staff couldn't be nicer and more helpful. Have a good camera ready, because there are so many opportunities to take pictures. I also found the souvenirs in the gift shop to be of quality and well priced. We did not feel rushed in our 90 minute window of time. Highly recommend doing this exhibit.

One World Observatory was a wonderful experience. The aha moment was after the documentary... when the curtains go down. Strongly recommend going in the night, especially if you are into photography. Was not too impressed with the pic they took and tried selling after coming down.... most likely it might have been because we were late, and they were in a rush to get home as well.
Buying tickets through viator saved us a few ... thanks Viator

Unparrallled views of New York City. The lift ride, both up and down, was amazing, even the introduction video prior to you entering the observation floor has it's own surprise. All the staff were friendly and more than willing to answer any questions. Take the time to watch and listen to the15 minute information sessions given at the two locations on floor 100, they're both interesting and very interactive. A great experince overall.
