Even though my flight was late, the company was monitoring it and the schedule worked out fine. I could not believe how quickly that I was picked up then arrived at my destination. The driver was very courteous.
It was fairly easy process of calling and waiting to be picked up. Our driver didn't speak much English except when asking for a tip. We had to help him navigate the area around our hotel using the gps on our phones. I would use again if necessary.
Driver was new and wqs unsure of his assignment, The dispatcher was calling him and said he did not register the pick up. I ended up talking to the dispatcher...I should not have done.
No problems at all. called the number on arrival and in about 10-12 minutes later the van arrived to collect us from the pick up area just outside the terminal. Took us straight to our apartment in Brooklyn.
Had a nice ride to the hotel; driver was there within a few minutes of my call which was a pleasant surprise.

Very good service. We were a party of five with five 50 pound suitcases and the corresponding carry-on items. The car vehicle assigned was the right size. The driver was corteous and knowledgeable of the route.
Initially a little confusing at the US end but all sorted in the end, friendly driver
Sweet driver but he wanted to give us a tour of NYC and we just wanted to get to out room. Even after checking in, he waited for us and wanted to sell us a tour. Strange.
Poor service. Made the phone call as required and told car would be there in 5 min. Car didn't show and after waiting 15 min called again. Unconvincing apology about driver not being able to spot us. Car finally arrived within 5/6 minutes. Overall 20 min late. Obvious from intercom messages in car that they were struggling to find drivers at that time. Made me wonder why I didn't opt for a taxi, it's a set fare in New York.
To much rigning to confirm. Should not be necessary.
And it isn't very service.minded to say
«You know you have to Pay tip, they Are not prepaid», The car was not even startede. If we had said no, he would have left without is. And actualy He did not drive very nice.
Called the number I was supposed to call what I received my luggage. They had trouble locating my record , what they did finally find my record they told me to go to pickup area and car would be there within 10 mins. Well no one showed up so half hour later I called again, had trouble find record again, wanted to take me to wrong hotel. After another 15/20 mins a car arrived, smelled of cigarette inside, driver wanted to take me to Brooklyn Marriott, not Marriott marque on Broadway. Finally agreed after charging me more to take me to the right place. To me this is a ripoff operation, big mistake not using taxi from airport then going through the hassle of online booking with poor results. End result , wasted a lot of time on computer and phone for no gain.
