What To Expect

When you arrive, call the number on your voucher and a professional driver picks you up at the airport of your choice—JFK International Airport (JFK), Newark International Airport (EWR), or La Guardia Airport (LGA). You are then delivered directly to the door of your Manhattan hotel or private residence.

Travel in a comfortable sedan for up to three passengers, or a minivan or SUV for up to five passengers, then relax and enjoy the sights as your driver handles the traffic. Transfer service is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Please provide accommodation and flight details when making your booking. Receive confirmation within 24 hours and a voucher to show the driver. It’s that simple!

Price is per person, based on three passengers per sedan or five per minivan or SUV.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

  • For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
  • This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

Very Disappointed

Driver moved our meet spot from what I was told by the operator. Then when he arrived and we moved to meet him, he started taking someone else as a passenger. The car was unprofessional for a car service. There was plastic and duct tape liner between the front and back seat that was haphazardly put up. His driving was fine but then after he dropped us on a corner and I tipped him generously, he told me I need to pay a toll for the tunnel we went into. I feel this was very unprofessional and not what I expected from a car service in New York.

Communication failure

First the link I had to use for your info before our flight didn't work. Then after arriving and collecting luggage, only then do I phone you to say we are ready to be to be picked up. I didn't realise this would be the procedure until after I booked and paid. I thought you would be waiting for us in arrivals Hall. Anyway I stuck with you. Unfortunately, when arriving my mobile was playing up and wouldn't let me call you. After alot of panicking as I didn't know how to contact you, no longer public phones available, I asked another driver from a different company who was waiting for his client, to call you for me, so embarrassing. He was so helpful and agreed and finally i got through, given Instructions to wait outside at P/u 4 in the rain. We waited for over 30 minutes. Once the driver arrived he was lovely and helpful. Explained fully regarding tolls etc which I knew I would have to pay extra. I don't understand why your company didn't try contacting me as you had my flight details when I originally booked. My phone could receive calls. I wouldn't use this system again as it relies on the customers mobile phone.

Great Driver, Bad Vendor Communication

The driver was great and very polite. The communication between the vendor and my wife was horrible. There was ZERO communication prior to arrival about pick up location, who the driver was or a description of the vehicle to look out for. I had sent the vendor a message abou 10 hours prior to my wife's arrival providing her contact information (I wasn't traveling). I got a confirmation 3 hours after that initial message but they did not connect with my wife. Viator has been a great source for all of our travel, transportation, event/ticket needs. I am going to just chalk this up to a random situation. However someone at Viator needs to connect with this vendor to understand what happened so it doesn't happen to another traveler.

We waited 27 minutes in the cold for a prearranged ride. We called after we got our luggage at 3:57, I called again at 4:21 at this call I was hung up on because I explained to the rep it was freezing and we had been outside over 20 minutes. then we got picked up at 4:27. The driver was rude I asked him why it took so long and he hollered at us. I asked him not to holler at my family. Someone called him and they spoke in their language over the phone saying my name repeatedly. How disgusting? When we got to the hotel he demanded money for a toll and stated that we owe him $20 for a tip. It was an internal number assigned to the driver or car. How could I identify the car that was assigned to me? After making sure I chose the JFK pick up, they system had us at La Guardia. The customer service person was very rude, then I was charged extra for the change. So disappointing when we have never been to NY and felt as if we were stuck without options.
