Our whole group we traveled with was totally impressed with the service. We landed in LGA,which has been voted one of the worst airports in USA.As soon as we walked out of security there was a very pleasant man waiting for us with a sign with our name on it. He was there to greet us and navigates us through the airport, find and pick up our luggage, call the driver to pick us up and also told driver to pick up a third passenger at another terminal. Everything went like clockwork. It could not have gone smoother. The limo was spotlessly clean.
I have another trip to LGA this year and there is no OTHER company that I would use this one.

They found me or I found them right away and they took me to an area to wait a little but not to long and the vehicle arrived and it took me straight to my destination so all went well.
transfer from airport to pier was efficient and staff friendly would do this again.
The Driver was early for pickup. He was very friendly and informative. Would recommend him for shuttle service.
Vil was a very good driver. The driver was there to pick us up at the baggage carousel. It couldn't have been better. Great experience.

Ryan(?) was excellent. One of the bags from SFO to EWR did not make the original connection and we had to wait an extra hour for it to arrive. He was very patient. He also took time to find the other half of our travel group that had come into the international gates. He then ran into several other delays, all of which he handled exceptionally well.
This was an extremely smooth and professional experience. Upon arrival at the airport there was a nicely dressed driver with our name on his placard. He waited with us to get our luggage and then pulled his new SUV up to the door and we were off. He also explained things as we drove and gave us a great narration as we proceeded to the cruise port. Upon arrival he was able to bypass the long line and took us right to the luggage drop off. He handled our luggage and we were off to the boat. A wonderful experience. Would highly recommend and we will use this worry free service again.

Our driver was very kind, and even gave us a a bit of a tour along the way to the Brooklyn pier. We were very glad to have chosen this route instead of taking a cab. Very relaxed.
Driver was informative but drove a little fast. As with our ride from Cruise port to Air Port this may just be the custom in New York.
The drivers were pleasant, on time, but they didn't want to keep both vehicles
together. When we arrived at the ship our party was separated and we
checked in at different times.
Driver was not waiting for us w/a sign w/our name on it - we had to call phone # - he was at the wrong terminal - he finally found us - took him over 1 hour to get us to the cruise terminal - he did not help w/our luggage. Let us out across the street from the cruise terminal (there were 3 ships in port that day so that was probably a good thing - but pulling luggage across the street was somewhat of a problem
We have used Viator before most notably in Nassau with excellent results. This time we were flying into JFK and needed transport to the cruise terminal. We were met by a representative after we picked up our luggage. It was JFK so it took a while to get the luggage and the rep seemed concerned that we were a no show. He called for a car and before we left I asked if the driver knew where the terminal was. He replied he did and though I attempted to give him the actual address he assured me he knew where he was going. As we were driving about 10 minutes into the ride he asked what the address was. We attempted to give it to him but he was driving and did not appear to understand what we were saying. He slowed on the highway to about 10 miles an hour while he attempted to input the address. Finally with cars passing us on both sides he handed his phone to my husband to input. We were all over the road while he figured out directions. He also made a phone call to dispatch and received a call while driving. This was distracted driving at its worst. We are native New Yorkers so we were not intimidated by the traffic but we know you need total concentration to avoid issues on the road. We travel frequently and I can assure you that Viator is off our list for transport.
I had booked a sedan to pick us up at the airport. When I called although I had the paid confirmation they said they could not find it and wanted me to pay again then try to get a refund. A gentleman that drives one of your vans came over to us and drove us in the van. He was very nice but first we had to drop someone off at a hotel. When we got to the cruise terminal he drop us off about a half block from where I luggage needed to be so we had to drag it to the drop off. I had paid for the sedan not a over crowed van that took us on an stop we didn't plan on.
Driver was not waiting for us. When we finally located him he said Viator provided him with the incorrect flight details. Also, he didn't drop us off at the right pier
