Our tour guide Ryan was amazing. Great story-teller and he set the scene so well explaining the history of the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island. He was very engaging with the group, including keeping my seven year old entertained - he really captured his attention which is no small feat!

Logistically the tour was easy to find, was on-time, and went at a great pace. Perfect size group - about 16 people. It was an amazing experience for my whole family, one I will never forget.

Very well organized. Loved the small group. Alvaro was an excellent guide: explained everything, gave short histories, made the people and places come alive, very entertaining, kept the tour moving along but was very accommodating to those with physical limitations.
We would definitely have Alvaro as our guide again.

We met our tour guide Robert who fully explained the tour and how he hoped to conduct it to cover the most parts as possible. Robert was great the whole day. No only was he a good guide, be he filled the time with facts and humor. One of our college age kids kept saying, I wish he was my history teacher. He was very informative and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this tour and also highly recommend you request Robert as your guide.

Our Chilean tour guide was friendly and entertaining. He gave us clear instructions and got us ahead of the line. He was also very responsible and helpful. I had a knee injury and was unable to climb too many steps, he was very reassuring and guided me to the lift. We had a great trip !! Our guide also gave a clear narrative of the sights.
