My daughter and I both got choked up when talking about our ancestors arriving at seeing the Statue of Liberty. Having left their home countries and families and culture and coming to America with great hope for the future. The only glitch was we didn't realize we needed to stop at the ticket booth to present our voucher. My granddaughters thoroughly enjoyed the cruise itself and learning about our family history.
The tour was more than amazing..took great photos and the tour guide was excellent in his knowledge and was very amusing..well done. I would recommend it to anyone who is visiting new york
Great tour highly recommended !! Tour guide and crew are awesome!
Be sure to get there early to get in line. This was a great tour that had a very informative guide. It gives you the views of the city and the Statue of Liberty that you're looking for!
If you have a short visit to NY, it would be nice to take this tour :
EXcellent. Would do it again and again. Get there early to join the queue
IT was an amazing cruise, as we were able to see many sights like the statue of liberty, Brooklyn Bridge, and other amazing monuments. There was a guide as well who spoke into an intercom for all of us to hear him to learn about these monuments.
Great narrator on board. Beautiful afternoon and a great way to finish a quick trip to New York.well worth the money. Highly recommend this venue.
There were plenty of seats both indoor and outdoor space. The indoor sofas looked dated but comfortable enough for the 1-hour cruising. My parents late 60's just stayed inside all time but they said they were very satisfied too.
Loved the experience. My suggestion would be to grab a seat on outside perimeter of the cruise boat preferably a bit away from the speakers overhead. Excellent cruise, views and narration just a little loud if you're seated close to a speaker. Arrive 25 minutes before boarding. Though I was told to arrive 15 minutes before, I noticed the lines were pretty long already so arriving a tad earlier will lessen the wait time.
Very enjoyable and informative. The young lady commentator was excellent and she can sing. Happy to recommend this, particularly if you are rushed for time in NY.
Best 12 we spend, tour guide was brill a very good knowledge and hilarious, boat was clean and refreshments to buy.... A must to do this trip
Fantastic way of seeing the Brooklyn bridge, the Statue of Liberty, the Manhatten Skyline and lots more. Well organised trip with great informative commentary and very good value for the special price I paid through Viator. Recommended.
Beyond expectations. Truely enjoyable. One of the highlights of my brief visit. I would recommend it to anyone visiting for the first time.
We didn't get to attend this cruise because one of our party got extremely sick, but there is always next time. This is on the list for sure.
Good Tour. Very spacious cruise, with lots of seating and amenities. Will definitely recommend this, if you don't want to walk and get a quick guided tour of the city. The views you can see from the cruise are priceless....
Great trip at reasonable price thanks to Viator. Only problem is the wait in the long queue in the sun. We found it very enjoyable and informative.
a great way to see New York from the water with commentary and to get pictures of the Statue of Liberty. the cruise is not overly crowed so you can move around to get photos.

We took this cruise and really enjoyed it! This was the perfect thing to do since the South Street Seaport is undergoing major renovation because of the damage from hurricane Sandy. The cruise is 60 minutes long and we sailed along the East River under the Brooklyn Bridge, continued around the tip of Manhattan with great views of Battery Park, WTC/Freedom Tower, the NJ skyline, Ellis Island and the Statue of Liberty along with a couple of other sights. We also got some really great pics. Our tour guide Matthew, was extremely informative and personable with an entertaining manner. I took my two daughters ages 14 and 11, along with their two friends who never had a visiting experience in NYC. Unfortunately, The Seaport is not the same exciting, bustling place I remember 25 years ago and there is not much to do there until renovations are completed. So I will include a little detail of what we did nearby. Afterwards, we walked to Chinatown by way of Foley Square and had lunch on Mott Street. The girls had a ball shopping in all the little shops there and experiencing the culture. Then we walked to Little Italy and stopped for some gelato at the world-famous Ferrara's on Grand St. We had a really great time and everything was a lot of fun and super-enjoyable, including the weather! I would highly recommend this cruise as a starter for a day of visiting NYC.
This was my favorite thing we did. I LOVED the Zephyer we sat on the top of the yacht, got very close to the Statue of Liberty and LOVED that they played Frank Sinatra's New York, New York. That was perfect. I would recommend this to EVERYONE along with Central Park.
Excellent boat cruise of around Statue, Ellis Island, Brooklyn Bridge and the amazing lower Manhattan skyline. Very comfortable...... lots of viewing spaces...... concession stand could be better in terms of providing decaf coffee but otherwise good. The commentator was outstanding.... very interesting commentary on New York and New Jersy.........thanks
Excellent. Great cruise showing all major highlights. 1 hour was just right for us. Recommend.
We really enjoyed our trip with Statute of Liberty Express. The crew was very professional and knowledgeable. If we had to do it all over again, we would certainly choose your company. Thanks for a wonderful tour.
