We are very sorry that you had issues with your booking and were not able to join the original cruise. It turns out that a third party booking affiliate of ours reset the meeting location of this tour to our alternate location without our knowledge. Once we discovered this glitch, a message was sent to all impacted customers to let them know where to go well in advance of the trip. We have confirmed that you have been fully refunded for this tour due to the location mistake, and it appears that you were able to attend at a later date.
