Thi tour was great! The tour guide was very knowledgeable and helpful and the Hamptons lived up to my expectations.
Although we were let down by the weather, storm Hermine in fact, this tour was brilliant taster of The Hamptons. Our guide Beatrix was simply wonderful. She really tried to make the most of the day despite of the weather. She even planned a quick stop at Walmart so we could gear up with waterproof ponchos and umbrellas. The Hamptons stops were lovely. Beautiful to wander around. Beatrix recommended a Pizzeria in Sag Harbor to grab a bite and although it didn't look like much from the outside, it was great and honestly one of the best pizza's I have ever eaten. From The Hamptons we took an unexpected stop at a vineyard for a short wine tasting visit. It was at no additional cost and with no obligation to buy. However, the wine was lovely and very affordable so I'd recommend grabbing a bottle if this is a normal part of the tour. From there we went to the Outlet. A day previous we had visited Woodbury Common Outlet so we were slightly over shopping at this point but it was still a great place. However, I would say Woodbury Common has more to offer and was better overall. We had about an hour and an half here so if you wanted to do some serious shopping then this isn't enough time. From the Outlet we headed back to Manhattan. As we neared the city our guide welcomed us back to New York by playing Billy Joel's ''New York State Of Mind'', a lovely touch to end a fab day.
My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed this trip, as it was very informative. The tour guide was very friendly and the bus driver drove very well and with care. We would definitely recommend this tour to anyone wishing to visit the Hamptons.
Totally enjoyed it - thought they did a good job showing us what they were able to do. Off season - so a lot of the shops were closed.
The day trip to the Hamptons was fantastic. Our guide was super prepared with history, not only in the Hamptons, but along the way as well. She and the driver were most accomodating to my husband who had some leg problems. We never felt rushed, I loved the small group.
Long, excellent day, well worth the money, excellent guide.
The tour was very organized, prompt and relaxing. Our bus driver ended up mostly being late for pick-ups but our tour manager did not cut any of our lost time off sight-seeing. We still got to see and enjoy the different areas in The Hamptons and even though we returned later than the indicated time, it was worth it.
Fantastic Tour, not to rushed, got to see so much, worth every penny, I would highly recommend
We had a wonderful day. Our tour guide was friendly and fun and knew her stuff. The driver had everything under control. I would recommend this trip to anyone visiting NYC.
This trip was a great day out and the group were really fun too. Beatrix our tour guide gave us really great information on the history of NYC and also the Hamptons, the shopping at the end could have been a little longer, but meant that I didnt blow my budget! Well worth it!
The tour was great. The tour guide was bilingual and very friendly. Even though it rained and the tour van had a tire blowout which delayed our tour for about 45 minutes, the guide made sure that we got to do everything on the tour. It was fun!
This tour was fantastic. The weather was wonderful and our guide was delightful. The Hamptons is a great place to visit and see where the rich and famous live. Also towards the end of the tour we had a two hour shopping break at Tanger outlets which was the icing on the cake. Can not recommend it enough.
This trip was nice and our guide was knowledgeable. We had a variety of activities and stops throughout the day. Was nice to leave the big city for a few hours and see just what is close by. Fun!
Great day trip and great shopping the shopping down was just as it is on the Tv show
We really enjoyed our trip to the Hamptons and Sag Harbour. Despite the torrential rain we were able to get a sense of the area. The video on the bus about the men who built America was excellent and the guide, exceptional. We recommend the Lobster roll at the pub on the corner of the main street!
Enjoyed immensely - guide was informative and friendly. Small group was a bonus very relaxed.
My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed this trip. We weren't so keen on the Tanger Outlets and would have preferred less time there and more time in Sag Habour and South Hampton. We had a beautiful lunch at the American Hotel in Sag Habour, unfortunately it was rushed because of the limited time we had there. However it is well worth doing this tour and seeing how the rich live!
