Excellent. A lovely museum, spacious with lots of interesting exhibits. Had good lunch there too. Our ticket to beat the queues worked well, straight to the front and no unnecessary exchange of tickets. Recommend.

Great experience! The line was very long and being able to skip it and get straight to the museum was a bonus. The museum is fantastic no matter what!

I went straight to the service counter where they gave me my paper receipt, checked my coat I saw that others checked their luggage which would have been helpful to know about, and went through security check. Had a great time!

The museum was wonderful. One of our favorite museums that we visited on our trip.

Very good. Only issue is that to get audio tour you needed photo ID which Viator hadn't mentioned so didn't have any. Managed without but would have been good to have been warned Viator

So you don't actually get to skin-the-line you have to wait in line with your voucher to get a ticket. However, the line did move very fast at least when I attended on a weekday. The museum is very well organized and provides a free audio guide for the most popular exhibits and allows as many photos/videos of the exhibits as you wish.

The SFMOMA is a beautiful building with more attention to architecture than to art. I went to see the Jackson Pollocks, and the guides there kept telling me it was their first day and they had no idea where the Jackson Pollock paintings were located. When I asked them to check they told me they were on the 5th floor, the 4th floor and the 2nd. I found the one on the second floor and spend three hours searching for the other two. The photography art is very mediocre. It was such a disappointing day...
